అయ్యయ్యో అలా మాట్లాడుతారేమిటి? అందరూ మనుషులు ఎలా అవుతారసలు? ఇప్పుడూ... పులి చిరుత పిల్లి ఉన్నాయి. వర్ణం, వేగం, పరిమాణం ఒకింత తేడా అంతేగా? అంతమాత్రాన మూడూ ఒకటే అనం. ఒకే జీవకుటుంబం అని మాత్రం పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలు చెప్తాయి. అచ్చం అలాగే మనుషులు నిగ్గర్లు ఒకే జీవకుటుంబం కావచ్చు. కానీ ఒకటే జాతి మాత్రం... కచ్చితంగా కాదు.

హేరిస్ నికార్సయిన నిగ్గరు. కొంచెం కూడా కల్తీ ఉండదు. అంటే... అతని వంశంలో ముందు తరాల ఆడవాళ్లు ఎవ్వరికీ, మనుషులు అనే తెల్లదొరల్తో కల్తీ జరిగి ఉండలేదు. బాగా కాలిన చింతబొగ్గులా నిగనిగలాడుతూ ఉంటాడు. రంగు వెలిసిన రింగు రింగుల జుత్తు తలను అంటిపెట్టుకుని కురచగా ఉంటుంది. దూడ పెదాలు, బండబారిన ఒళ్లు.

అప్పట్లో ఒక సంఘటన జరిగింది. అంటే, హేరిస్‌కు బహుశా నాలుగేళ్ల వయస్సు ఉన్నప్పుడు.

హేరిస్ ఆ సమయంలో తన కొట్టంలో కూర్చుని చీకటిలో తనని కుట్టి బాధించడానికి ప్రయత్నించి విఫలమవుతున్న దోమల్ని సరదాగా చంపుతున్నాడు, చీకట్లో అతడి దేహం అతడికే కనిపించకపోయినా! ఆ వేళలో అక్కడికి వచ్చాడు జేమ్స్.

జేమ్స్ అంటే జార్జి ఎస్టేటులో హేరిస్ సహబానిస. ఫ్యాక్టరీ కూలికి వెళ్లిన వారిలో ఒకడు. ఎన్నడూ ఆ విషయం మాట్లాడకపోయినా స్వేచ్ఛ అంటే ఇచ్ఛ ఉన్నవాడు. అందుకు ఇప్పుడు మార్గం కనిపెట్టినట్లుగా ఆశగా హేరిస్‌తో అన్నాడు. హేరిస్ అసలు సిసలు నిగ్గరుతనం అతణ్ని మాట్లాడనివ్వలేదు. సంశయిస్తున్నాడేమో అనుకుని జేమ్స్ మరింత ఆశ పుట్టించేలా చెప్పాడు...

॥ఏ ప్రమాదమూ ఎదురవదు... సునాయాసంగా కెనడా వెళ్లే ఉపాయం కనిపెట్టాను. వీడు లేచేలోగా మనం బహుశా అక్కడ ఉంటాం**

॥ఏం?**

॥నేను జార్జి ప్రభువు కుటుంబ ఆస్తిని. బుల్లి జిమ్ దొర కొరడాతో ఎలా కొట్టగలడో నేను చూడాల్సి ఉంది. నేర్పాల్సి ఉంది.** హేరిస్ నిర్వికారంగా సమాధానం ఇచ్చాడు.
॥థూ...** చీకట్లో ఎవ్వరి ఆకారాలూ స్పష్టంగా కనిపించకపోయినా, జేమ్స్ కాండ్రించి ఉమ్మిన ఉమ్ము హేరిస్ మొహం మీద పడినట్లుగా ।తప్* మని చిత్రమైన చప్పుడు వచ్చింది. తుడుచుకున్నాడో... తడుముకుని అలవాటుగా ఉపేక్షించాడో..
కాసేపు నిశ్శబ్దం రాజ్యమేలింది.

అంతకంటె చిత్రంగా వెక్కిళ్లు వినిపించాయి. జేమ్స్‌కు ఆశ్చర్యం అనిపించింది. ఎన్నేళ్లుగా చూస్తున్నాడు? వీడిలో కూడా స్పందనలున్నాయా?

॥చెప్పుకోకపోవచ్చు. స్వేచ్ఛ కోరుకోని నిగ్గరు బతుకుండదు** ఏడుపులో కలిసి మాటలు ముద్దగా వస్తున్నాయి.
॥మరిక ఏం?**

॥ఎగిరే ప్రయత్నం జరిగే కొద్దీ మరింతగా అతుక్కుపోతాం...** నాలుగేళ్ల వయసప్పుడు మనోఫలకం మీద పడిన ముద్ర పలికించినట్లుగా, ట్రాన్‌‌సలోంచి ఆ మాటలొచ్చాయి.
॥చేతకాని మాటలొద్దు...**
॥పరిస్థితి ఇంతకంటె ఘోరంగా ఉంటుందని భయం**
॥నీ నల్లటి తోలును నిలువునా వలిస్తే తప్ప ఇంతకంటె ఘోరమైన పరిస్థితి వస్తుందనుకోను** జేమ్స్ వెటకారానికి హేరిస్ నుంచి సమాధానం రాలేదు. జేమ్స్ బరువైన అడుగుల చప్పుడు క్రమంగా దూరం అవడం మాత్రం హేరిస్ విన్నాడు.

మళ్లీ నిశ్శబ్దం. ఏం జరుగుతోంది?

జేమ్స్ అడుగులు మళ్లీ వచ్చేశాయి. వెంట తెచ్చిన ఓ కొవ్వొత్తిని వెలిగించి అక్కడ ఉంచాడు.

ఓ చేతిలో కొన్ని కాగితాలు. మరో చేతిలో, కొవ్వొత్తి కాంతిలో మెరుస్తున్న కత్తి. దాన్నిండా తడి ఆరని రక్తం.

॥ఇక దిగుల్లేదు, పద** ఎడమ చేతిలోని కాగితాల వంక మెరిసే కళ్లతో చూస్తూ జేమ్స్ అన్నాడు.
॥ఏం జరిగింది?**

॥ఇవి స్వేచ్ఛాపత్రాలు. మనందరివీ. ముందే సిద్ధం చేయించాను. బాగా తాగాడుగా. మంచి నిద్రలో ఉన్నాడు. లేపగానే అరిచాడు. ఎడమ చేయి నరికేశాను. కేకపెట్టాడు. సంతకాలు పెట్టమన్నాను. కుడిచేత్తో సంతకాలు పెట్టాడు. ఆ పని అయిపోయాక వాడి ప్రాణంతో మనకు పనేం ఉంది గనుక.** అదోమాదిరిగా నవ్వాడు.

అంతసేపూ తదేకంగా మెరిసే కత్తినే చూస్తున్న హేరిస్ సంభ్రమంగా అన్నాడు ॥అయ్యో అయితే, ఇది ప్రభువు రక్తం...**

॥...** ఆ నిశ్శబ్దం చీకటికి మరిన్ని భావాల్ని పులుముతోంది. ఒక అనల్పమైన సంతృప్తిని, ఒక అకారణమైన భయవిహ్వలతని. నిశ్శబ్దం కొనసాగేకొద్దీ బలపడుతున్న ఆ భావాల గాఢతను భంగపరుస్తూ హేరిస్ పెదవి విప్పాడు.

॥నా రక్తం లాగానే ఉందేమిటి?**

॥భలె కనుగొన్నావే మిత్రమా... నోర్మూసుకుని పద!**
॥నేను రాలేను** ఆ స్వరంలో అచ్చమైన నిగ్గరుతనం స్థిరంగా పలికింది.
॥నువ్వే అన్నావ్‌గా... స్వేచ్ఛ కోరుకోని నిగ్గరు బతు..**
॥మళ్లీ అన్నానుగా. ఎలాగో ఎరగను గానీ, ఎగరలేనంతగా అతుక్కుపోయాను. ఉన్నది నచ్చిందని కాదు. నచ్చేది దొరుకుతుందనే నమ్మకం లేదు. ఉండాలని లేదు. అలాగని, పోలేను.** నిగ్గరు హేరిస్ మాటలు ఇంకా పూర్తి కానే లేదు.

॥నేన్నీకు స్వేచ్ఛను ప్రసాదిస్తున్నాను**
ఎక్కువ సమయం తీసుకోకుండానే ఒక నిర్ణయానికి వచ్చినట్లు జేమ్స్ పలికాడు. అసలే మొండివాడైన జేమ్స్.

॥...** ఆ నిశ్శబ్దం గాఢతలో చిక్కబడిపోయిన భావాలకు ముగింపు పలికేలా ఉంది.
జేమ్స్ ఒక్క ఉదుటున ఆ కత్తిని, ఆ నిగ్గరు హేరిస్ గొంతులో పాతేశాడు. ఆ కళ్లు చూస్తుండగానే... తిరిగి వెనక్కు తీసుకోకుండానే వెళ్లిపోయాడు.

కత్తి చేసిన దారిలోంచి ప్రభువు రక్తం నెమ్మదిగా జారి, వెచ్చగా ఉబికివస్తున్న నిగ్గరు రక్తంతో కలిసిపోయింది. ప్రళయం రాలేదు. భూకంపం పుట్టలేదు. సృష్టి తిరగబడలేదు. రెండూ ఒకటే అన్నట్లుగా కలిసిపోయాయి.

దోమలకొట్టాల్లో ఒక్కసారిగా పెద్ద కలకలం రేగింది.

కొవ్వొత్తుల దీపాలు వెలిగాయి.

పాకిస్థాన్‌లోని సమస్యాత్మక నార్త్‌వెస్ట్ ఫ్రాంటియర్ ప్రావీన్స్‌లో పరిస్థితులపై అమెరికా ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేసింది. ఈ ప్రాంతంలో తాలిబాన్ తీవ్రవాదులను అణిచివేసేందుకు పాకిస్థాన్ మిలటరీ సైనిక చర్య చేపట్టిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. గత కొన్నివారాలుగా ఇరువర్గాల మధ్య జరుగుతున్న భీకర పోరు కారణంగా వేలాది మంది పౌరులు ప్రాణభయంతో సురక్షిత ప్రాంతాలకు తరలివెళ్లారు.

ఈ నేపథ్యంలో అమెరికా అధికారిక యంత్రాంగం పెరుగుతున్న తీవ్రవాదం నుంచి పెరుగుతున్న ఎదుర్కునేందుకు పాకిస్థాన్‌కు చైనా శిక్షణ, మిలటరీ పరికరాలు అందజేయాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేసింది.

With reference cited above, I Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, my husband Mr. Lenin B. Yadla, and my daughter Ms. Geetha Priya bring the following to your kind notice with a request to do the needful as early as possible.

In 1992, being business woman i.e. manufacturer of lead acid batteries, when I came across the coups and spying activities of Mr. Ramoji Rao, Chairman Enadu group of companies against the faith of India, including the assassination of Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, provocation of terrorism in various parts of India, tuning of public attitude through paper writings etc, I brought it to the kind notice of Sri PV Narasimha Rao, the then PM of India dt. 03.06.1992 through a confidential complaint.

After that sudden, abnormal and strategical changes in my life as well as in Nation’s history were happened and about which, I narrated in-detail in the encloses of this letter for your ready reference.

From 2000, whenever I lodged complaint against EAMCET Rank disputes on to the desk of Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, the then CM of AP, we are suffering from organized harassment by Mr. Ramoji Rao. I am bringing the entire issue along with documentary and circumstantial proofs as well as his motive to harass us to your kind notice.

Because of such harassment by Mr. Ramoji Rao, and the strategic non-response of State Govt. of AP, repeatedly we are losing food and bed i.e. occupation and accommodation.

Being patriotic citizen, being sincere complaintee against disputes and evils to the Government, we are losing the fundamental rights, which our constitution had given to each and every individual such as right to live and right of occupation.

In this juncture, I request your good self to look into the matter and protect us from Mr. Ramoji Rao’s harassment irrespective of his spying agency whether it is CIA or ISI, as it must be investigate by your Ministry and your Government itself.

I, Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, W/o. Lenin B. Yadla, resident of room No. 10, C.V.C.,1st floor, Sri Sailam bring the following to your kind notice with a request to take action on Mr. Ramanayya, room No.4,C.V.C. and to make justice to us.

At Challa Venkayya Choultry [C.V.C.], 18 families are residing 9 on ground floor and 9 on 1st floor. Mr. Ramanayya and others had cut off the valve of the sintex O.H. water tank of ground floor with axe saw after adjusting the full water pressure to them and with their corruptive methods; they managed stand taps near their rooms. This was happened 1-year back, and all of us, the people on 1st floor suffered without water.

Hence on behalf of 9 families, I lodged the complaint on to the desk of E.O. on 31-03-`06 and consecutively we as a group approached A.E., Mr. G.M.R. and E.E.
Mr. Rami Reddy on 06-04-`06 with oral and written complaints and request. After watching the pressure droppings, they removed stand taps and sent water tanker as temporary solution and they promised us for permanent solution.

Mean while there were bulk transfers in the Devasthanam. So that we are waiting with patience for the settle of staff. But yesterday i.e. on 08-05-`06 around
5:30 P.M. Mr. Ramanayya brought Mr. Naik contract labor in water works[in previous also, by taking money this man only had arranged two stand taps [un authorized] for them as per their own claim], Mr.Rajesh the new A.E. of water works and installed one stand tap. We did not objected the A.E.`s authority, but we requested him to watch the water inlet into our tank and we as a group, tried our level best to explain our problem with a request to solve.

Exactly, at that time, A.E., Mr. Rajesh had given me the cell phone of Mr. Ramanayya and told me that their D.E.O., Mr.Krishnayya was on the line. When I received the call, the voice on the phone said ``what? Why are you showing wickedness i.e. zulum on all other by saying complainting to E.O. etc.? By showing mercy, I had allotted room to you. What is your nonsense? Who ever got water, they fetch it. What is the pain to you?”

I shocked with that and by trying to convince him, I told him on phone `as a group we requested your officials, how it could be `wickedness i.e. zulum`? and I requested my co-resident Mr. Poorna chandrmachary Dy. Head Master in Zilla Parishat School as they also victims, to attend the call. When he started to explain, Mr. Rajesh, A.E., had taken the cell and concluded the call.

Sir, I know Mr. Krishnayya garu and I met him at his office to express my thankfulness after allotment of my room in September 2004. I remember his voice, accent and the way of talking. That to as a higher official, nobody will react in such a way by supporting totally one group and others to suffer. When we approached E.E., A.E., they also tried to solve the water problem and to provide water to everybody.

That’s why I suspect that Mr. Ramanayya had given a fake phone call on the name of Dy.E.O. Mr.Krishnayya. But why he targeted me I don`t know; because as a group we approached the higher authorities. In previous, the families of Mr. Ramanayya, Mr. Nagi Reddy Thota mali, Mr. Veera Reddy, Security guard and Mr. Mahesh himself, contract labor used nasty tongue and we complainted to E.E. so that he warned them to behave gently. Once or twice they threaten me that they can close my school. I don`t know who is behind this, but Mr. Ramanayya and others harassing me target fully.

In due course, they are threatening me with fake phone calls. If I fear about it, what is guarantee that he won`t threaten me on behalf of some other to give money or some thing? Is it not a criminal brain?

Hence, I request your good self to enquire into this matter and to take action on Mr. Ramanayya for this fake phone call threatening.

Sir, on the other hand, if Dy.E.O, himself had given that phone call, how could an administrative request and an administrative complaint on dispute be `Wickedness or Zulum`? What is the reason to scold me like this?

Sir, once again, I request your good self to take action on this matter.

I, Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, resident in Room No. 10, Challa Venkayya Satram, bring the following to your kind notice with a request to solve the problem at your earliest.

In Challa Venkayya Choultry 17 families are residing, 8 families on ground floor and 9 families on 1st floor, totally 18 Rooms are here in this choultry. On terrace, the Devasthanam had provided two sintex water tanks. As per the slope of terrace floor, the tank of ground floor is little bit down than that of first floor. Hence the water flow is much into the ground floor tank. To manage the water pressure and to stop the water over flow when the tanks full, the Devasthanam had arranged 2 valves on each tank.

But the ground floor residents reference cited above, had cut off the valve on the ground floor tank with axa, after it was adjusted fully to flow into their tank, by claiming that Mr. G.M.R., A.E. water supply had adviced them to do so. It was happened after oneyear back. We did not complain to any officer.

After that Mr. Mahesh contract labor [his father Mr. Naga Mallayya was
Ex E.E., now retired] with his reputation fixed a tap on floor to the pipe which supply water to O.H. tanks, so that the pressure had dropped like any thing, and hence single drop of water did not supplied to us. When the water problem was severe, we approached Mr. Rami Reddy, E.E. and then the problem was solved for some time. Later that tap was removed.

But once again, after one year, two days back, Mr. Mahesh tried to fix tap there. We are giving entire topography for your ready reference. At that time we warned the plumber, as we will complaint to higher authorities, they stopped the trial.

Here, the ground floor people are growing gardens not as hobby but for business, they are selling flowers to coconut vendors and vegetables to other.

Sir, we don`t mind if they are capable to do business and earn money. But for their business sake, they should not trouble others, they should not suffer others. For their gardens sake, they are not allowing 9 families to have even drinking water. Is it humanity? At the back ground of cottage No.64, [occupant is Mr. Adam], Devasthanam had provided a valve. When it rotated to one direction, full water flow will be there for them. By keeping several meters of tube they are watering the gardens. Same case with Mr. Nagi Reddy, Tota mali [contract Labor], Mr. Ramanayya [attender to Mr. Krishnayya, D.E.O., contract labor], and Mr. Veera Reddy [security guard, Balaji securities].

There was an unauthorized tap at the back yard of cottage No.66. Same Valve- Tap managements and pipe watering to gardens is there. One more cottage No.67, of Mr. Markhandeyulu is in this same lane. There is huge flower and vegetable garden in their house. We [all 9 families on the first floor] put several requests to them but in vain.

From the ground floor water tank, there is water connection to cottage No.69 [the occupant is Mrs. M. Madhavi, Bhramari school] had double connection to their O.H. Tanks. Like that, every body has their own solutions and gardens, on the other hand all other cottages around us, their O.H. Tanks used to overflow almost every day. But the occupants of 1st floor C.V.C., we i.e. 9 families’ people are suffering even for drinking water. Every summer same experience. Every day same problem.

They won`t give pressure and the ground floor people won`t leave the valve. Hence, no water to tanks. 9 families on 1st floor and 4 families on the other side of ground floor will face the water problem like any thing. Sir, we are not asking about the water supply on festival days like Siva rathri and Ugadi. We are requesting you to solve the water problem on normal days.

Sir, when we requested orally to either E.E. or D.E., they solved our problem for time being. But we request your good self on behalf of 9 families to solve the water problem of ours which is created by others with humanity and permanently.

I, Mrs. Adi Lakshmi, my husband Mr. Lenin B.Yadla and my daughter Ms. Phani Geeta Priyadarsini bring the following to your kind notice with a demand to do justice immediately.

At present we are running a private tuition centre and a pre-school with 40 kids at Sri Sailam, Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. We descended up to here from an industrialist i.e. manufacturer of Lead- Acid Batteries by name `Indian Battery Industries` with 40 lacks of Rs investment and got inaugurated by Smt. Kumud Ben Joshi, the then Governor of A.P. in 1989 and got awarded as best Entrepreneur for the year 1990 from Mr. Krishna Kanth the then Governor of Andhra Pradesh.

Sir, can you imagine the reason for this descending of carrier? It is because – I brought the disputes to the notice of the Government.

In 1992, I brought about the coups planning and implementing by Mr. Ramoji Rao against the faith of India including the Assassination of Mr. Rajiv Gandhi at Sri Perambudur, Tamil nadu on 21-05-1991, provocation of religion rivals and Terrorism in India.

In 2000, I brought the disputes of EAMCET and Inter mediate in educational field which bears 100`s of crores of money exchanges, to the Govt. of Chandra Babu Naidu.

Hence result is organized harassment in our life.

Sir, is it sin, to react as responsible citizen of India by bringing the disputes to the notice of Govt.? I did not expect anything by doing such. I thought, just it is my responsibility as a patriotic citizen. Is it evil?

The back ground is this ……………

With good academic carrier, as a Science graduate with so many prizes in speech competitions, essay writings, Quiz etc., along with relevant trainings like E.D.P. etc.,
with good encouragement, I started a small scale industry of manufacturing of lead acid batteries by name M/s. Indian Battery Industries at Guntur [dist.], Andhra Pradesh in 1989. With A.P.S.F.C. and Indian Bank loans, I started the unit and supplied batteries to A.P.S.R.T.C.

Due to the business activities, in 1992 I stayed at my friend`s house i.e. Mrs. Padma Sree, Sub editor in Enadu. At that time I came across the coups and disputes of Mr. Ramoji Rao. One of such activities was the planning and implementation of the assassination of Mr. Rajiv Gandhi in 1991.

By 1992, I was aged about 28 years un-married girl. With young blood, sincere patriotic attitude towards Mother India, I studied the case and believed it 100%. I procured logical proofs and I approached Mr. Y.S. Raja sekhara Reddy at Cuddaph, the then M.P. of Cuddaph dist., as he was acting as opposite leader to Mr. N. Janardhana Reddy the then C.M. of A.P. In my case study I was informed by my friend, that Mr. N. Janardhana Reddy was acting as the sub ordinate of Mr. Ramoji Rao.

But Mr. Y.S. Raja sekhara Reddy asked me to bring pakka proof. By that time, I was not known about the abbreviations of C.I.A., or I.S.I. etc. spying agencies. I was 100% un-awaritive about it. Regarding pakka proofs, I expressed my helplessness. He expressed his helplessness to bring this information to the notice of the then P.M. of India, Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao.

Hence I left for New Delhi in the last week of May 1992, and I approached Smt. Kumud Ben Joshi at her residence, who was the Ex-Governor of A.P. and inaugurated my factory with that designation and encouraged me as a woman Entrepreneur. But she advised me to forget the matter and do my business. Other wise life will become miserable. But I did not discourage. I tried to get the appointment with P.M. on my own, but I could not.

So I wrote all of the issue and submitted it in Hyderabad House i.e. Residence of Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao, on 05-06-1992 at 8:30 A.M. to Mr. Dixit [O.S.D.?] as mentioning on it as `This is not my personal benefit. This is most confidential and very dangerous; others should not read except P.M. ` etc. I wrote in Telugu language. In due course of time Mr. Khandekar O.S.D. in P.M.O.[South Block, New Delhi] informed me that no need to write all such, it is sufficient if mention `For P.M. eye only.’

I stayed at New Delhi for 3 months in Private Lodging Home, opp. to New Delhi Railway station to be available for further more information. I waited day by day for intimation from the prime minister. But instead of me, the I.B. Officials Mr. Krishna Rao and Krishore Kumar[As per their introduction, Mr. Krishna Rao came from New Delhi where as Mr. Kishore Kumar from Guntur, they gave their office address etc.] approached my parents at my factory, Guntur and confirmed that P.M. of India had in receipt of my confidential complaint. They told my parents “We came from the Central Govt. We received orders to protect you. Let your daughter come after completion of her work at Delhi. No need to call her to meet us.”

Following it, I approached P.M.O., Mr. Khandekar O.S.D. to P.M. confirmed me that the Prime Minister got it but the O.S.D. was not supposed to tell me what P.M. was doing. I felt satisfaction. Since I did not expect any thing from Govt. in return, I left about my native.

In the following time period, so many burning problems of India such as Ram Mandir, Harshad Mehatha`s stock Exchange extra-ordinary boom dispute, Punjab terrorism of Khalishtan, Bodos in Assam etc., were solved by different means. I was very much happy and satisfied as our Nation was getting rid of such evils.

But I had failed in my personal life. Since 5-6 months I had neglected my business on this `project’ so that I lost business and failed to repay the loans. Bankers had seized my unit. At the same time family clashes were raised in my life, which were natural in failure. As a result I left every thing, with empty hands I approached my friends for help but no body had seen my face. I struggled for 5 months almost, later in 1993, July I got married Mr. Lenin Babu who was true friend to me and tried to protect and help me in all such life disasters.

We got married at Sri Sailam and restarted life as tuition teachers with the help of Circle Inspector of Police at Sri Sailam. We lived in a small hut with out power etc for 2 years. We blessed with a girl child in 1995.

Till date, even on a single day, we never felt sorry about what I had done in 1992 at New Delhi. Since we are the followers of ` Bhagawad Geeta’ we believe in

“ కర్మణ్యేవాధికారస్తే మా ఫలేషు కదాచన
మా కర్మఫల హేతుర్భూర్మాతే సంగో స్త్వ కర్మణి”

We thought that `If we really did not desired the result, we should not feel for this i.e. what we got now.’’ So that we lived happily though we faced so many bitter problems physically including `no money - no job - no food.’

In 1995, when my father expired, we left to Guntur. Then A.P.S.F.C. people approached me to settle the loan. I expressed my helplessness. They asked me to vacate the factory premisses. Actually, they seized the unit, but they allowed my parents to live in the residential rooms which were built in the premisses, from 1992 to 1995.

At that time, we approached I.B. office at Pandari puram, Guntur to know about the life missarableness. But there, the officer told me to believe the fate.

Once again, we were ready to reconstruct the life. We shifted from factory and entered into Corporate College field as EAMCET Physics Lecturer. I reconstructed the carrier as Lecturer with remuneration of 1800/- Rs per hour, per day, per month to Rs.1.10 lacks per annum contract. With single hand coaching I bagged 126th rank in EAMCET Engineering and 22 seat securing ranks out of 40 students in 1999.

In due course I came across the disputes of Inter Paper Leak and Rank fixings in EAMCET among Corporate Colleges. Due to fate, or due to personal nature, or due to attitude, once again I complained on that issue to Mr. N. Chandra Babu Naidu, the then C.M. of A.P.

Once again my life boat was up rooted. But this time, it was organized harassment. After 1992 complaint about disputes to Govt. of India I faced miserable life with 75%: 25% failures and success proportionality where as 50:50 is normal in any body`s life. Before 1992 30: 70 proportionality in my life.

But after 2000 EAMCET dispute complaint onto the desk of Govt. of A.P., I faced miserable life with 100% failures that to quite abnormal. If any event happens with 100% probability, is it not definite event as per theory of probability in Mathematics? That’s why I suspect `some thing’ is behind this.

I try my level best to bring it to your kind notice, but this time I have all the proofs administratively and evidentially.

After vacating the factory I entered in to the Corporate College field as EAMCET Physics Lecturer in Vikas Jr. College [famous in A.P.] and later worked in different colleges. With such experience, I accepted a contract from M/s. Brilliant Jr. College, Surya pet, Nalgonda dist. for Rs. 1.10 lacks to teach Physics on single hand. To prove myself, I thought that it was a good opportunity, so that I worked hard and procured the rank 126 in Engineering and 22 seat secured ranks out of 40 students in 1999.

But in the middle of year, when I had completed the 90% of Syllabus, the college management paid 55,000/-Rs only and they retrenched me from service. Being non- local I was helpless. Hence I approached the C.I. of Police in local station and lodged complaint against them regarding their cheating. The local police enquired into it and solved my problem and made the college to repay my money totally and to complete the year coaching contract.

In the same police station, in next year, I received such a treatment as if I was a 420, after I lodged complaint about the disputes of EAMCET 2000. I`m giving the details in the following.

Though M/s. Brilliant Jr. College requested me to continue, due to their cheating I preferred to work in another college M/s.Triveni Jr. College, Surya pet and in parallel I coached the students in tuition. Mean time I came across the leak of Intermediate paper before one week of the exam. I observed that the students who were more intelligent and hard worked for several thousand of hours with standard material could not secured EAMCET ranks rather than the students who did not know even definitions could secured good ranks. For such `things’ I felt wonder when I was working at Guntur.

Then I understood the pattern of dispute. The rank fixing among Corporate Colleges was happening. For such sake thousands of crores of rupees were exchanged among bureaucrats, politicians and colleges. In the case of inter mediate paper also, in Corporate Colleges, guess paper with important questions will come from Directors to the students and Lecturers, where as in B centers like Surya pet, the paper is said to be leaked directly, otherwise the students in rural won`t respond towards the guess paper. In A centers it was class dispute and in B centers it was mass disputes.

About all these disputes I lodged complaint onto the desk of Mr. N. Chandra Babu Naidu, the then C.M. of A.P.

That was the starting!

Till date, we were hunting by some one, I don`t know who and what is the reason, but abnormal harassment is on me and my family. I can give all particulars and evidences to you.

By the time of complaint lodging, we were staying in a house on rent and the owner of the house was Mrs. Bhagya Lakshmi, chicken shop owner. Her husband was Mr. Ratnam but she was leading business and house etc. In past i.e. before 14 years to 2000 she was servant maid at the same town, but some how[?] she earned money and became rich. At the time of accommodation in March 2000 in the house on rent of 2100/-Rs per month we asked them for the commitment of one year stay. She said that they won`t ask us to vacate if we pay rent promptly. We did not taken any written commitment because such was not in practice in this area as concern as house lease.

In spite of such commitment, she demanded us to vacate the house in August 2000 i.e. with in 5 months by showing different reasons though we were paying rent promptly. Although we felt bad about it, we requested her and reminded their commitment, but they did not consider. We thought `better to vacate.’ Hence we searched for alternate house on rent. But abnormally nobody was willing full to give house to us. We have no negative record in that town and had some good will. We searched for one month but in vain. Some how we managed to get a house on rent on an evening, but when we approached the owner on next morning to pay the advance, he said `sorry’ and he won`t give his house as his son opposed. We thought it might possible naturally.

But such experiences were repeated, as well as whenever such events were happened, my house owners Mr. Ratnam and Mrs. Bhagya Lakshmi sarcastically used to ask us that `When we were going to vacate the house’.

By observing all this, we approached S.P. of Nalgonda and C.M. of A.P. with a complaint against local colleges on whom I lodged complaint and requested him to protect us, at least for that academic year as I committed the coaching for some students, later we will re-shift my family to my native.

He responded positively on paper, but the local police station forced me to give written commitment to vacate the house with in 3 months. Again I complained onto the desk of C.M. of A.P. but the organized harassment was not stopped. It had continued in all possible ways. The A.P. Transco people disconnected my power by showing 49,500/-Rs. power bill against nothing due with me. My students’ hall tickets only were missed in post. The local police used nasty language on me and dealt me as a 420. The S.P. expressed his helplessness and asked me to bring the issue to the notice of local leaders.

We approached local party leaders both T.D.P & Congress and other leading personalities in the town. But nobody had guts to convince a chicken shop owner and even to call on her. When I had given rent, she refused to take it so that I had taken D.D. and sent it to her by post. She refused to take the post. [evidence is with us now]

She seized our house with all furniture and every thing inside. At that bitter time, my student`s parents demanded me to refund their tuition fee as I was not able to run the classes.

Hence result we left the house with empty hands, without money, and dresses which were all in the house. We approached C.M. of A.P. on 21-05-2001 at `Samatha’ Secretariat. He queried me reversely “Why they were harassing?” By watching C.M. Pashy and other bureaucrats, I gave up hopes to get justice.

Next day, I met Mr. Y.S. Raja sekhara Reddy, the then opposition party leader in Assembly at his residence and requested him to help me to get justice. He expressed his helplessness.

From that day onwards we had taken shelter here and there in friends’ and relatives houses and tried to re-settled in life. I approached media, High Court Chief Justice etc, but abnormally where ever I go, my unfortunate followed me. In the beginning I thought that all was my misfortune.

But when I met my brothers and mother who departed from me in 1995 in the period of factory vacation, I came across a strange thing. The son of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Mr. Lokesh became friend of my brothers and his mother Mrs.Bhuvaneswari financed them for Rs.5.00 lacks without interest and supported them in starting a car decars business at the posh area of Jubli hills, Hyderabad. They are not educated and not extra ordinary talented persons. I felt wonder about it, but kept calm.

Who ever given temporary shelter to me and wherever I stayed, everybody around me, behaved as if they were searching for `some thing’. I felt strange but did not suspect any thing.

For almost one year we resided at Hyderabad, Mehadi Patnam slum area i.e. Nanal Nager Basthi and tried to re-settle in life. Some how, through paper advertisement, I got a job in a tutorial college by name `Sai Study Circle’ to coach in Physics and Maths for Inter supplementary students. After 2 months service, the management had bounced the salary cheque for Rs.8000/- and said to me ``If you are able to do anything, you encash it.’’ They did not bothered about the cheque bounce criminal case even. [I have bounced cheque, bank pass book etc, with me now in my evidence file] How could they know that I was in such helpless position, when I told nothing to any body there? We lead a bitter life there with 2 days continuous `fasting’[having no food] along with my 6 years old kid.

After 2 years struggle like this, we had gone Sri Sailam and some how I managed to stay here by getting a job as schoolteacher. Later we started a pre-school. But we were not able to get the genuine result to our 7th class students to whom we coached up privately.

Right that time the state Govt. had changed from Mr. N. Chandra Babu Naidu`s hands to Mr.Y.S. Raja sekhara Reddy hands. By that time, we received the tampered result to our 7th class students. With all this organized harassments details, we approached the C.M. Mr. Y.S. Raja sekhara Reddy and lodged the complaint on 22-05-2004 at Lake-View Guest House. He promised me to enquire into it. After that, during this year, our position is okay for food and bed. But nothing was favorable to me.

Recently in September 2005, a terrible incident, we faced in life. Now my daughter is about 10 year’s age. Since baby hood, we coached her in different way and life had coached her different experiences including poverty fasting, now I`m picking her up in 10th class standards. But we are not pressurizing her. Under free conditions, she is studying. This coaching we started her in last year. We did not trouble her and she did not trouble us as parents. But in this academic year, the co-students to her encouraged her to involve in love affairs. Naturally, her work efficiency had decreased. One day I punished her by beating only 2 beats, that to inside the house.

At that moment, dramatically some other tuition students adjoined her and encouraged her to commit suicide. They told her they were also facing same problems with their parents so let them end the life. My daughter is not coward that much. Hence, with all this Psychological play, my daughter had broken down and told every thing to us. We puzzled like any thing. Though we solved the problem by retrenching such students and eliminating such circumstances. We counseled all the children in the school and restored the healthy educational atmosphere. But for this we struggled for one month.

Because my daughter had broken down and brought every thing to our notice we could solve the problem and we could save her life and our lives. Other wise? If something happens to my only one child, is there any meaning to my life? We got shock with this psychological play including both planning and implementation in which high talent and patience are involved. It resembles with the scenes we read in spying back ground novels and watch in spy movies.

Then we started to re-think about 13 years from 1992 to 2005 in our life.

With all this back ground, now I`m suspecting that Mr. Ramoji Rao, on whom I lodged complaint to Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao, the then P.M. of India is behind this harassment.

Because: If any college men are behind ---I left the EAMCET field and every thing. Their disputes are all in good progress. Then no need for them to do this type of harassment. That to any Corporate man would not waste their time and money like this for revenge. If such agonies were there, it is very easy for them to kill us totally.

Hence, we conclude that their target is not killing us. Then why they are hunting and harassing us? It seems that they desire `some thing’ from us. We don`t know what that `some thing’ is. But I suspect that there is some relation between that ‘some thing’ and me as I was the complaintee against Mr. Ramoji Rao regarding his spying activities in 1992. [ at that time I did not know the word spying.]

Sir, here, at this juncture I`m questioning you – is it sin to respond as responsible citizen of India? For that sake should we lose life spirit? Didn`t we have the right to lead our life peacefully?

Till date we are thinking about it, as `Okay. We are not supposed to complaint or fight against disputes. That disputes are very powerful. So leave it off. Let us lead life with out doing harm to society. It self is great service to society in now-a- days.’

As we believed `Bhagad Geeta’ we faced the life as it stands in front of us. Is it sin? Is it illegal? Is it wrong?

I am ready to show administrative proof to your courts and intelligence departments or who ever it concern.

Now I demand you’re good self to enquire into it and bring the things come out of dark and make justice to us.

Let us get rid of this harassment!

Towards a responsible citizen and to a faithful citizen is it not your minimum responsibility to protect? Didn`t we have such eligibility even? In this country so many criminals are also leading life comfortably. They why should we face this bitterness?

I, Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, Lecturer in Physics bring the following to your kind
notice with a request to make justice to us immediately.

With reference cited above we brought the dispute of EAMCET 2000 rank fixing done by Corporate Colleges as getting ranks in their favor and seizing the other`s ranks to C.M.`s peshy on 28-05-2000.

After that in the due course, the local colleges, with local supports harassed us organizing with the help of police and other departments at Surya pet, Nalgonda dist. At that moment, nobody had given house to us on rent and the then owners demanded us to vacate the house immediately against the terms. Police supported them. With strategies like A.P. Transco by claiming 49,300/-Rs. Bills eerier against nothing, disconnected our power connection etc they harassed us in all passable ways. We approached S.P. of Nalgonda several times. And we approached the then C.M. Mr. Chandra
Babu Naidu on 20-03-`01. After meeting C.M. Peshy officials, we understood the range of fraud from C.M. Peshy to Corporate Colleges. We met you on 21-03-`01 at your home, Jubilee hills for moral support.

With kindness, you extended help to recommend local politician to help us. Because we could not survive there, we left the issue, we left our assets, furniture everything, and we struggled for two years here and there.

Later we restarted life at Sri Sailam, Kurnool dist., by starting a pre-school and private tuition centre. Here also the private schools are managing fraud. So that here the competitive school by name `Wisdom` with corruption they got very good result and our result were seized by miscorrecting the answer papers of our student in 7th class.

When I taught for Intermediate student in June 2003 also, they did same. Against it, the parent of student had complained to C.M. Peshy but they did not respond.

Sir, I`m not questioning the result what ever they got by patronizing fraud. But they should not kill the carrier of other students and other institutes. When this happened in EAMCET, I turn to Inter & 10th class. When they encroached there, I turn to 7th class & pre school. But now the same fraud is repeating. Then how can we live? How the sincere working people can survive?

Hence, I request your good self to look into this fraud of hundreds of Cores of Rs per year and thousands of lives of youth.

For your reference, we can submit the records of the case EAMCET 2000 etc. whatever we have.

Once again, we request your good self to make justice to us immediately.

Here with me, Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, occupant of Room No.10 in Challa
Venkayya Satram, which was allotted to us by Sri Sailam Devasthanam, bring the following to your notice to rectify the mistake.

In Room No.10, the service No.729, your employees did not issue the bill. Instead of it, they issued us the bill of service No.598 which is at Room No.18 in which we stayed in previous. In fact, the Room No.18 is occupied by Sri Sridharnath garu [paricharak] and their consumption is 28 units. Your employees issued the bill for that 28 units, category B to us and they are saying that they will issue our consumption of 87 units bill to them.

How it is possible sir? How they are liable to our consumption and we are liable to their consumption? If any disputes happen over their meter service No.589 are we liable for it? What logic is this?

Our consumption for these bi-months [Sep. and Oct.] is 87 units and there are 28 units, what ever the consumption we enjoyed in this Room No.10, which was occupied by us on 15-09-`04[Sep. 15th 2004]. Then how the Room No.18 is liable for it? How can the previous service No. of Room No.18 can follow us? Whatever the service No, consumption is relates to premises, isn`t sir.

Hence, we request your good self to issue the bill to our service No. in Room No.10, to enable us to pay the bill.

I, Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, A.P. Transco consumer with service No.795 at Sri Sailam bring the following to your notice for your information sake.

Last bill to my service you had given `Under Category -1.` this bill you have issued the same under category -2. On which grounds you have charged our service under commercial? Is it your personal authority to do so? Am I a commercial tax payer or business tycoon? After all I`m running a private and pre-school. The Government it self is encouraging education, so that after certain strength only, it will demand us for recognition and commerciality. I got the room allotment under such private personal ground but not under commercial.

Then on which documentation, you are charging my power service under commercial? That to, the same service comes under category -1 in one month and under category -2 in 2nd bill and vice versa in next. Are you playing games with us? When we were residing in Room No.18 of Mr.Sridhar on friendly base, you had done the same drama. Since we did not like to trouble him, we paid that in-justice bills. When we got allotment of Room No.10 in the same Challa Venkaiah Satram, after we had shifted we farwarded a letter to you since the meter was not working here. You replaced the old meter with a new one and inconsecutive bill you argued that the service No.598 of Room No.18 will follow me to Room No.10. I put another letter about such nonsensical administration. After that, you had issued the bill to us with service No.795 of Room No.10 under category -1 dated 10-11-’04. Now, next bill again you have issued it under category -2. Are you playing with my service musical chair? On behalf of whom you are harassing us like this?

If you meant money from some body as corruption, you do favors such as meter disputes etc to him, it is your sin. But by taking money from some one and doing harassment to his enemy or competitor, it is crime. What is the difference of this sin from a hired criminal`s activities?

Hence I am going to lodge complaint with police department under organized harassment which is already on the desk of Chief Minister Peshy. Because I have experience with your A.P. Transco at Surya pet, Nalgonda district as they issued the bill to my house for Rs.49,300/- to harass me after taking money as corruption from my competitive college. It seems your harassment.

I have only 40 students and running pre-school in my house varanda. So that, only one tube light and fan are using for kids. My monthly consumption also just 40 to 50 units. How it could be commercial? In such case in Sri Sailam for every 10 houses, one house is at least doing tailoring, dress and sarees sale, Mixe , fan etc repairing and beauty parlors, along with meter disputes. Then what is your sincere reaction on this issue?

Hence regarding all of these disputes, I`m bringing to the kind notice of your S.E., Kurnool along with all evidences.

Once again being customer, I`m demanding your response to my question on which grounds you are charging my power bill as commercial? On behalf of whom, your are harassing us?

I am running a pre-school along with my husband in my house [a room and varandah], which was allotted, to us by Sri Sailam Devastanam. I have 25 kids and 14 private tuition students. But your A.E., Mr. Vivekananda Swami harassing us.

His harassment process is; he is issuing power bills to us one time under category-1 and one time under category -2 like musical chairs. For the same service No, first bill he issued under category-2, 2nd bill under category-1 and next under category-2 and so on. For your ready reference I`m enclosing the bills to you. When we shifted our residence after getting allotment from Devasthanam, this man argued with us that the service No. of cottage No. 18, C.V.C. to present Room No.10. When we asked him in written as the service No. relates to premises or occupant, then only he issued the bill with the service No.795 of room No.10.

Sir, how our service comes under category -2? I am neither commercial tax payer nor commercial educationalist. As on un-employee, we are running a pre-school for which there is no need to take registration or recognition or any other permissions from Government. For your ready reference, I`m enclosing the room allotment order issued by Devasthanam to us. Our consumption is only 40 to 50 units per month. How it could be a commercial consumption? Before entering into teaching line, I was an industrialist, established a small scale industry, so that I am some what awaritive about category-2. Hence I requested him on which documentation he charged us under category-2 in written. But he is making different arguments at each and every time.

Sir, being EAMCET Lecturer, I lodged complaint against EAMCET ranks disputes done by Corporate Colleges as rank fixing such as match fixing in cricket in 2000. Since that year, I was organizing harassed by them. Hence I personally approached C.M. Sri Y.S. Raja sekhara Reddy at Lake-view guesthouse on 22-05-`04, I lodged the complaint. During such harassment, at Surya pet, Nalgonda [Dist.] the A.P. Transco local authorities harassed me by issuing the current bill of Rs.49, 300/- to my house and disconnected service against Rs. 85/- due. At that time, S.E., Nalgonda had solved the problem. Similar harassments this A.E. of Sri Sailam is making.

Hence, I request your good self to look into the matter and make justice to us. I`m enclosing the necessary evidence for your ready reference.

I had taken good coaching for this, done good industry and had written in good manner in exams. But I got 10 marks and failed. That’s why I suspected something wrong due to local competitions in between tuition centers and hence I wanted to locate where my failure was. That’s why I requested for Xerox copies through Principal on 11-08-`03 and got them through speed post on 20-08-03 directly from your good self to my residence address.

As per the Xerox copies of my answer sheets also I have to get marks for
Q.No. 19,17,14,12,11,9,7,6,5,4 and 3; as per the liberal consideration of examiner who corrected my answer paper. If he consider the answer very strictly he should not allot marks for the Q. No.20 and 12; other wise he have to allot for Q.No.19, 17, 14, & 9, 7,6,5,4 and 3 also. The answer booklet is enclosed for your ready reference.

As my case background: - I attempted exams in March 2003 for which I got total failure. That I accepted, because I did not get right coaching which was not available by that time so that I could not write exams in good manner. But this time by luck I got good coaching and done well. But due to local tuition centers competition some disputes happened here what we suspect. The local competitors to my tuition centre are College Development Committee members. So there is high possibility to have the support of internal college staff. The staff behavior also lead my parents, my tuition Lecturer and my self to this conclusion.

Sir, I bring this to your notice, that what ever may be the competitions in between colleges, schools and tuition centers, they should not make a student like me, as a scapegoat and they should not kill a student career.

With 9 years experience in Corporate Colleges like Vikas, Excel & in B centre colleges like in Surya pet, Nalgonda district, I`m continuing as EAMCET Lecturer & I bagged 126 Engg. Rank, 22 good ranks on single hand teaching & 10^th Medicine rank as one of Lecturer in team. With this background, as a lecturer we can analyze the capacity & I.Q. of students so that their result. When the students at Surya pet without coaching, industry & relevant I.Q. secured ranks such as 2288 in EAMCET 2000. I suspected the dispute of ranks purchasing which was happening in Corporate College as a secret. Then I brought all of this to Chief Minister`s notice along with Hall Ticket No. of students on 28-05-2000.

I heard that there is a price of Rs. 1.00 lack for Engg. Rank, Rs. 2 lack for Medicine rank. So that Rs. 50 lacks was traded over Suryapet market. This is the dispute of hundreds of crores of rupees per annum all over A.P.

After lodging the complaint, we were peaceful up to Inter supplementary exams September 2000. Then my difficulties were started. All of such organized harassment, we brought to the notice of C.M. & S.P. of Nalgonda from time to time. These college managements managed the local police and private people, are harassing us in all possible ways. There was a talk that my house owner had taken Rs. 1.00 lack to harass us. The truth must know to God and after effort to court. Regarding this harassment S.P. of Nalgonda had registered case against Suryapet police ref. C.No. 60/CC Cell / Nalgonda on 25-02-2001. But the local police are not taking any action on the persons on whom I put complaint & on the other hand, the harassment on us is getting severe day by day. About all of these harassment continuities, I mailed petitions to C.M. & S.P., Nalgonda along with available evidences in the course of 10 months of time. Due to financial crises I`m not able to produce the Xerox copy bunch to your good self but I produced it to C.M. which was endorsed to Sri Lakshmi Narayana, OSD to C.M. on 20-03-2001 at secratereate. I`m furnishing some of them to you.

Here we are enclosing the analysis of case for your ready reference with a request to protect our lives from social boycott & organized harassment and to punish the guilty legally.

Post, we sent it receipt No.2332] on the other hand she approached, Mr.Naiyani Dayakar Reddy, Advocate to take caveat. We approached Sri Meela Satyanarayana [Congress leader], Sri GunagantiRamulu[TDP Leader], Sri K.V. Rama linga Reddy Advocate, Bar Council President, but she is not obeying any body`s voice. On 20-02-2001 she disconnected power supply & locked the house, with the help of D.S.P., [our petition dt.20-02-2001, receipt No.24] we could solved the problem. Again on 05-03-2001, she done same, but this time D.S.P. did not helped us. S.P., Nalgonda, registered Case No. C.No.60/ CC Cell/ Nalgonda 25-03-2001. Finally from 09-03-2001 we have no power & water supply. On 19-03-2001, she once again locked the house, till date we stood on road without accommodation & even a spare dress. Nobody is able to say her that is all illegal. I enclosed the petition copies for your ready reference. We were unable to approach Lok Adalat since the judge at Surya pet is on leave, up to 26-03-2000 as I was told by Sri K.V. Rama Linga Reddy, Advocate.

Within 5 months we vacated the house of Madhu Sudhana Rao because he did not given service to us. At the time of vacation, he refused to repay our advance rent amount of 2 months Rs. 3,500/-. After 2 months effort we could got it.

On 19-11-2000 all of my IIT basic students [7 members] & EAMCET students [7 members] seized to come to the classes & one of student parent Mr. Sankar Reddy claimed me to refund the fee to him as all other students had stopped to come & I repaid the fee to him after collecting the receipt from them stating the same. Later one by one remaining students came to classes. Now the house owner is not allowing us to stay in house but students' parents demanding us to refund the fee as we bounced the classes.

Sir, is that not organized harassment?

When I approached C.I. Mr. A.M.Khan, he said welcome to me & he can solve all of my problems. He asked me whether he have to warn either my house owner or Triveni college authorities for which I said that I don`t know in which manner, he can solve, after all my request is to solve my problem & let me lead peaceful life. At the same time, I told him that I have faith on police.

For 20 days from 19-10-2000 to 07-11-2000 the C.I. & S.I. did not called me. But all of a sudden on 08-11-2000, they dealt me like 420 & declared that my house owner is innocent. So that, I have to vacate the house within 3 months. They pressured me to give such written commitment, which I enclose for your ready reference.

They claimed me that I`m not behaving well with them. But sir, I know how to respect higher officers & police officers. Before entering into teaching line, I was the manufacturer of Lead acid Batteries. I was supplier to APSRTC under the managing director of Sri H.J. DORA, to police Transport organization under the lead of Sri P.V. Naidu.

I came from respectable family & leading dignified life in society. By bringing a dispute to your kind notice am I became as 420? Is it my crime? Before lodging complaint to police, I was under undeclared social boycott. But now under declared social boycott. On whomever I quoted the organized harassment on me are showing grievance and hesitation on me. I`m not able to understand this since C.I. told me that he is doing secret enquiry on my complaint. In such case, how everybody knows it?

1. Mrs. Bhagya Lakshmi, Mr.Ratnam used vulgar tongue and declared that they can through my belongings on to the road. Mr.B.R.Naik, the S.I. is her servant maid`s relative. So that no problem for her. She said, "You had studied degrees but you have no intelligence. You should not lodge complaints, instead of that you have to discuss the things and you have to compromise with others. You have the habit to pay visits around police station. In previous, you have the record as complained on Brilliant Junior College. You are lodging complaints on all. If you have dareness, go to police station. I have no fear". For this, I suspected something wrong somewhere. So that I remained in silence.

1. All of IIT Basic students ceased to come to the classes as their tuition fee Final Installment due is on that date as per their commitment. [Till date, only one Student paid the fee and not all other are attending the classes. Almost same case in EAMCET.]

A man with Khaki uniform [without name and PC No. display on uniform] Declared his name as Mr.Saidulu came to my house on Mr. Ratnam`s vehicle and asked me to come to station as my house owner had lodged petition on S.I. table. So that, S.I. was calling me. Immediately I gone to station but sentry Mr. Ram Reddy told me that both C.I. & S.I. had gone to Nalgonda. So that I have to try after 5.00 P.M.

2. I made telephone to C.I. residence & explained everything over phone. He said that he don`t know it. So he can enquire that what happened & asked me to come on next day evening ie.08-11-2000 By 5.30 PM

S.I. is calling him. `` When I said that we are coming after changing dress with in ten minutes, he did not allowed me. Hence, I suspected that my crucked enemy could kidnap my husband. Then I said that I`m the petitioner. So that, I can come but not my husband.

2. I took conformation of appointment from C.I. for 5.30 PM.

3. I approached C.I. at police station. He said to some P.C. ``Who said to these people to vacate the house? There is no such need until case closes. Convey this to your S.I. `` He told me that he heard that some petition is lodged against me on S.I. table, so I have to come after 10 minutes or on next day since S.I. was not available at that time. So I left from station.

4. I again approached station to meet S.I. since somehow I did not liked to post pone it for next day. At that time, my house owner was there. In his presence S.I. dealt me like 420 & said ``what? What is wrong I call you for Enquiry? Are you the Prime Minister of India? Why did you say that you could give a ring to C.I. when I called on you? `` With these dialogues, he enquired me. When I replied him that I suspected kidnap of my husband by my enemy hence after taking confirmation only I came to station. But they [both C.I. & S.I.] put Deaf ear to my arguments. C.I. declared that my deponents are their petitioners and both of we are equal to him. When I referred about Triveni college people Coup he asked my house owner Mr. Ratnam `` Is there anybody behind you? `` That man said ``No sir! `` C.I. said to me ``O.k. Madam, You know that there is nobody like that. It is your mistake that you did not taken written commitment from your house owners for 1-year stay at the time of accommodation. You took it on oral only. It is your fault. When I said, "If I ask like that who will give house to me?" He put deaf ear. "Within 3 months after public of this rupture who will give house to me?" He put deaf ear. Whatever Triveni Krishna Reddy said, within one year, C.I. said to me now within 20 minutes. He asked me `` Do you have controversial everywhere? `` I had nothing controversial with any of my previous house owner & neighbors before December 1999. After that only I`m facing troubles from all. When I explained this to him. He did not hear. When I brought the issue that all of IIT basic students are stopped to attend the classes C.I. asked me ``why? `` I said, "I don't know sir! If I ask them why they are not attending the classes, they will say that I'm not teaching them well. Like the issue of my house owner Mr. Ratnam, I told you that Mr. Ratnam had scolded with vulgar tongue. He said that he didn't. You are certifying that he is innocent. Where is the proof for paradox?" Then C.I. said he could understand my problem in words. But pressured me to give written commitment of vacate. Both C.I. & S.I. are certifying my house owner is uneducated. So that he is innocent. They are intelligent to earn money as 15 lacks within 15 years on chicken centre and finance. They can do power disputes & can charge 30/-Rs. from each tenant as nalla [water] charge where as the municipality charge is 40/-Rs only P.m. Then how can they are innocents? By bringing dispute to Govt. eye, how I became as 420. Sir, is every uneducated is innocent? In such case how uneducated Mr. Krishna Reddy the Hon`ble director of Triveni Jr. college, he is Non Medical Assistant i.e. Ward boy in leprosy ward of Govt. hospital was able to do disputes IPE paper leak, EAMCET ranks marketing and scholarship. In this juncture, I fear the same 20 minutes drama may repeat in case of Krishna Reddy also. Is this justice to me?

With the reference cited above, we Mrs. Y.Adi lakshmi, Mr. Lenin B. Yadla private tuition lecturer at Surya pet bring the following to your kind notice with a request to make justice to us.

We lodged the complaint about the disputes of IPE & EAMCET 2000 Exams on to the table of Hon`ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on 28.05.2000. We can understand the Government policy and hence we are waiting for the justice with patience. Meanwhile we are facing harassment from local people who are supporting these disputes.

Here at Surya pet the Private & Govt. educational field is under the control of private colleges managements union which is presided by Mr. Shashidhar Reddy, Correspondent of Triveni Jr. College and some of Govt. teachers who are the supporters to him. These people are the Godfathers of all disputes in education such as IPE, 10^th class Exam paper leaks, Mass copying, impersonations and scholarship goalmals etc. As supporting this, in the management of almost of all schools & colleges at least one member is Govt. teacher.

With this back ground, they are harassing us financially & socially since we lodged the complaint against their disputes. By using their local pressures (by either force or fear), they are dropping our IIT basics & EAMCET students. Recently all of a sudden, our spoken English students' batch (15 students) stopped to come to the classes.

On the other hand, our house owner Mr. Ratnam & Mrs. Bhagya lakshmi are demanding us to vacate the house immediately with their support. Though, we secured oral commitment for 1-year stay in the house at the time of accommodation and we are paying rent promptly as Rs.2000/- as rent and Rs.100/- water charges per month. Just we occupied the house in middle of March 2000, within 5 months they are demanding us to vacate by showing different reasons daily. But no house owner is willing full to give house to us. If one or two are ready to give, but they are offering very high & non-reliable rents. Recently Mr. Chinta kuntla Narayana Reddy, the municipality tax employee had given such offer as 2,600/-Rs for single bad room portion. We never watched such abnormal rents at Surya pet.

Such same situation had arisen with our previous house owner Mr. Madhusudhana Rao, so that we shifted to this. Since he refused to repay our advance amount, we had secured help from police station only. That's why we offered to Mr. Rittman our present house owner to deposit the advance amount in police station to get settlement on the day of vacating house, but he is refusing and removing fixation, water taps etc. He locked door yester day & later his wife removed it & being local, he is threatening us.

Regularly the college managements sending fake enquiries to us and by knowing our motives, they are troubling us in all possible ways. Like this, they are seizing our income and dragging us high expenditure and nasty situations.

Like this, we are affecting the undeclared social boycott. In this juncture, we are not able to understand whether we are living in Andhra Pradesh or Bihar.

Actually, we are natives of Guntur, and when I was working at Excel Jr. College Guntur, Brilliant College of Surya pet approached me so that I came to Surya pet for Rs. 1.10 lacks, year contract for which he bounced to pay full amount after the fulfillment of 0.60 lacks. At that time, I completed 80% of the syllabus. So that we approached for police help and had secured justice there.

That's why next year I did not liked to do service in this college and started tuitions in home. But Triveni Jr. college people approached me for service and I convinced so that joined in service as parallel with tuitions. But the same case raised here also. They bounced 32,500/-Rs. Though I completed the 80% of syllabus. But this time I did not gone for police help. From that day my troubles are started.

Their courage is that we cannot give any evidence except the logical proof. Hence, we request your good self to enquire the truth in this issue and help us.

We lodged complaint about the disputes in IPE & EAMCET 2000 Exams on behalf of our student Rama Devi and her father Dr. K. Anjeneyulu as cited above. We can understand the Government policy and hence we are waiting for the justice with patience. We observed that September 2000 IPE papers we not leaked and we are thankful to your good self about it. But mean time we are facing harassment from local people who are supporting these disputes.

Here at Surya pet, the private & Govt. educational field is under the control of Govt. teachers union, Mr. T.L. Narasimha Rao and Kollu Madhusudana Rao who were retired Govt. teachers. The former is ``Best awarded Teacher of A.P. `` and the later is ``Best awarded Teacher in India ``. But along with Govt. Teachers Union, they are the God fathers of all disputes in educational field such as IPE & 10^th Exam paper leaks, Mass Copying, Impersonations and scholarship goals. With their ``Ashirwadham``(blessings) only anybody or any educational institute can lead at Surya pet. We can give examples as Triveni Jr. college, Little flower school, J.R.R. Grammar school & Anjali school etc for your ready reference. Most of the children of Govt. teachers are gathered there only. In the management of almost of all schools, at least one member is a Govt. teacher.

With this back ground, they are harassing us financially and socially since we lodged complaint against their disputes by using their local pressures (either by force or fear) they are dropping our IIT basics and EAMCET students. Recently our spoken English students batch (around 15 students among them 10 belong to state Govt. Employees) had stopped to come to the classes at the end of the course (just 10 days before the farewell party for which they planned to celebrate ) and started bad propaganda on us. But we fulfilled our coaching so that they are able to speak in English with fluency within 3 months. Hence our 2^nd batch was dropped utterly though two members have already joined in the course but not attending now. Such that, they are harassing us financially.

On the other hand our house owner Mr. Ratnam harassing us to vacate the house suddenly and in-facilitating us by removing fixations, water taps etc, though we are paying rent promptly as 2000/-Rs. towards rent per month and 100/-Rs. as water charges per month. Actually at the time of accommodation in the house we requested at least one year stay for which they accepted. But now, within 5 months, they are demanding us to vacate. But no house owner is willing full to give the house to us, and when one or two are ready to give but they are offering very high price such as 2600/-Rs. for single bedroom portion. Recently Mr. Chinta kuntla Narayana Reddy, working in Municipality had given such offer to us. We don`t know that much of rents here at Surya pet. 6 months back also such houses are at 1600/-Rs range. such that by using their local pressures, they are seizing our income and driving us to high expenditure with crucked plans.

On the other hand, regularly they are sending fake enquires to us and by knowing our motives, they are troubling us in all possible ways. Ex students of Brilliant Jr. college will come for enquiry but nobody will come to the classes as per their commitment to come.

Like this, we are affecting the undeclared social boycott. As per the spread in Town, unless we have the ``Ashirwadham``(blessings) from T.L.Narasimha Rao & Kollu Madhusudhana Rao , cannot lead life here. Their assets and income also supporting this talk. There is a rumor that Mr. Kollu Madhusudana Rao has a petrol bunk at Guntur District. Here also they have multi storey building and all.

Such that they are able to trouble the weak & non-local like us. In this juncture we are not able to understand whether we are living in Andhra Pradesh or Bihar. Sir, can`t we have right to live anywhere in Andhra Pradesh?

We can give one more example of their local grip on town, at surya pet. For more than one year SITY CABLE and IN CABLE had given cable service to public for Rs. 35/- per month due to their mutual competition. At the ending of 1999 both of them compromised and at a time they increased the cable charges from 35/-Rs to 90/-Rs. Then public refused to pay such high charge and formed cable consumers forum by local youth Dr. Sarat Kumar, others and claimed that the charge should not be more than 50/-Rs. By nullifying them and claiming that Doctor was living at Surya pet where as his Govt. service is at somewhere , in SITY CABLE local news (such that by showing his mistakes in his service, they black mailed him ) Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao as claimed that his forum is the original consumers forum and declared cable charges as 75/-Rs. per month. There is a talk, that the SITY CABLE owner Mr. Uppala Rajendra Prasad had given large amount of money to Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao for this favor.

That much is their grip on town. On the screen Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao & Kollu Madhusudhana Rao, have some misunderstandings. But behind the screen, they are syndicate. The same case with schools and colleges here.

Sir, with such local grip, the local schools, colleges and Govt. teachers syndicate under the leadership of Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao and Kollu Madhusudhana Rao harassing us and their courage is we can`t complaint on them since we have no proofs except the logical proof.

In this juncture, we request your good self to enquire the truth in this issue and save us from their harassment and make justice to us immediately.

I, Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, my husband Mr. Lenin B. Yadla and my daughter Ms. Geeta Priya residents of Sri Sailam up to 8th May `07, but now on road bring the following to your kind notice with a request to look into the matter and to protect us from the harassment by Mr. Ramoji Rao immediately.

The complaints I lodged against Mr. Ramoji Rao to your good self, to Hon`ble President of India and to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Chairperson UPA Govt. were forwarded from New Delhi to Sri Sailam police station in March 2007. Intimating me like this, the C.I. of Sri Sailam Mr. Karuanakar had taken our statements regarding that case on 08-03-`07.

Within 5 days I received cancellation of my room allotment at Sri Sailam from Devasthanam [Endowments dept. Govt. of A.P.] and regarding the mode of consecutive harassment, I brought to your kind notice with proofs dt. 08-04-`07, 13-04-`07,
10-05-07, 28-05-`07 and on 02-06-`07 with all particulars.

By standing on road, taking shelter here and there, I brought several reminding requests to ‘top to bottom’ i.e. from President of India, P.M. of India, General Secretary AICC Mr. Digvijaya Singh, C.M. of A.P. up to district collector etc; and to Chief Justice of A.P. High Court, Chief Justice Human Rights Association. But I did not get any help or solution of problem in spite of personal appeal and postal reminding. From top to bottom including politicians, bureaucrats and everybody - from Delhi to Sri Sailam Gally, everybody is practicing strategical silence. We can wake up any body who is sleeping. But how can we wake up any body who is pretending sleeping?

Since 2000:- No body-private or Govt. employees including 4th class contract labor got punished or taken action on them who ever harassed us with the motive force of Mr. Ramoji Rao. For example – when Mr. Ramanayya, Sri Sailam an attender on daily wages harassed us for drinking water, used vulgar tongue, threatened me over phone, I lodged complaint in Sri Sailam police station. But neither police nor Endowments dept. had taken action on him. More over he and his party harassed us continuously with different reasons and however possible. I lodged complaint on this issue without reference of Ramoji Rao, since I didn`t sense him at that time. As a pretty case, at least it had to be solved, but did not. Same case at Surya pet in 2000. Such abnormalities are unlimited in my life about which I brought to your kind notice in my previous letters in detail and with documentary proofs and incidentively proofs.

Why such ‘affection’ was shown towards such people who ever harassed us irrespective of their designation by the law & order and administration of Govt. of State and Central? Who is giving such protection to them? Who is giving such motive force to an E.O., employee of A.P. State Govt. to disobey C.M.’s order to recall my room cancellation? If C.M. of A.P. Mr. RajaSekhara Reddy over looked his own promise to give room allotment to us on 17-05-`07, when we met him at A.P. Bhawan, New Delhi with recommendation letter from Mr. Digvijaya Singh, General Secretary of AICC; what is such need for him? For a C.M. level or for New Delhi level, a room allotment or recall of room allotment is not a matter. There is nothing loss for Govt., if they give such accommodation allotment to an ordinary teacher, and I`m a teacher but not an anti-social element. But miraculary, it is not coming in to implementation.

In addition to this, how can a D.E.O., being deponent,[that to the complaint against him had gone up to New Delhi level, and General Secretary AICC, C.M. of A.P. and President of India responded on it] Mr. Krishnayya Sri Sailam say that he would proceed on us legally because we lodge complaint on him? Here by we are ready to welcome it if he does so. The back ground of this incident is – I sent copy of letter to you dt. 28-05-`07 to the Kurnool District Collector. He responded on it and enquired Sri Sailam Devasthanam about it.

On 14-05-`07, Mr. Ganapathi, driver to E.O. [in previous, being parent of our students, he was very positive to us up to 08-05-`07 on which day we left our room because of power disconnection from Devasthanam] argued with us as supporting E.O. and pressure us to lift the furniture from the room i.e. to vacate the room immediately. And with pre plan, he recorded the cell phone conversation with me, tried to unpopular, and degrade me. But off course, he did not success to do so, as truth had protected me in the view of parents of my students.

In spite of many reminders, no action on E.O., D.E.O. of Sri Sailam Devasthanam. Why such ‘agony’ on an ordinary person like me for any administrative authority? Why such ‘affection’ on people who are harassing me incidentively and evidensively? I produced the proofs to you.

When I lodged complaint on Mr. Ramoji Rao about his anti India activities to Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao in 1992, our country India was burning with multiple problems such as Kashmir, Khalisthan, Harshad Mehta’s Stock Exchange disputes, Bodos, Mandal Reservation movement, Terrorism and Babri- Mandir issue, Lorries strike etc. At that juncture, nobody can imagine that our country can get survival. But miraculary, every problem was solved with difference reasons. Is it impossible, when the Govt. got an important spying secrete or information? I`m not saying that I’m responsible for all such or its all was my credit. But I’m asking you – is it impossible for the P.M. of India to solve all such problems if he gets an important spying agents’ existence information?

Otherwise by June 1992, our country was about to collapse financially as well as physically. Terrorism was extreme at New Delhi it self as well as all over country, it was historical fact. You can watch the scene, situation and strategy were changed after that i.e. June 1992. Though it was the credit of Union India Govt. but the fact of time is ‘June 1992’. I’m not saying that it is my complaint’s impact. But I’m saying that it is Mr. Ramoji Rao, a spy and his spying Agency’s work impact, whatever his Agency – CIA or ISI?

If Mr. Ramoji Rao is not a spy and if he is only an industrialist or Media man, why the National Politicians like L.K. Advani, V.P. Singh etc used to visit him before 1992, rather he visit them? It was one of the information about him, which I intimated to Mr. P.V. Narashimaha Rao, the then P.M. of India in 1992.

In that letter I requested P.M. as – if Mr. Ramoji Rao is not doing spying activities, it is well and good. If he is doing so, by thinking that he is not doing, how much big mistake it will be for the sake of our country? You please think like this and consider this matter to verify. Fortunately, he responded positively as this might be true and the same he confirmed me by sending I.B. Officers to my factory in June 1992.

The same I.B., when I approached them on 20-10-`06 at Guntur Office, there the officer Mr. Ranganna and his boss [I forgotten his name please] argued with me as if they are personal Advocates to Mr. Ramoji Rao. Finally they told me that they won`t react towards anybody regarding any case unless they have orders from Central Govt. It is okay as concern as their rules. But won’t they have responsibility to bring such a dangerous i.e. spying matters to the Govt. notice if they come to know them? Is it not their responsibility to protect country like that? Is it not spirit of I.B. of India?

Actually, in 2000, I put complaint on EAMCET Rank’s disputes onto the Chandra Babu Naidu’s Govt. desk. Now within 7 years, everybody knows about rank fixings like Match fixings in Cricket. The Corporate Colleges and Schools and their competitive colleges and schools publishing press notes and pamphlets with mutual claims of dispute particulars. How the Govt. could be innocent on such public open secret, only God might be known.

By doing such disputes in Education, one country can’t destroy its enemy country’s youth by the way country’s future? Is it not dangerous to our country? Is it not spying activity?

If people in society – in various status like employees, middle class people, poor people and business people etc think regarding these disputes as – ‘All disputes now-a-days general, the world is like that, what we can do’ etc neglective, it is okay. Being P.M. of India, can you think like that?

I brought all the above issues to your kind notice with respective to India.

With respective to my case – The I.B. officer Mr. Ranaganna argued with me on 20-10-`06 as “Though you brought complaint on Mr. Ramoji Rao`s spying activities to Union India Govt. notice in 1992 [at that time I didn`t know the word spying even], what is patriotic activity in it? What do you think about Mr. Ramoji Rao? He is a perfect business man and 100% noble man, nothing controversial on him. We deny your complaint.” But co-incidentively, within 10 days, Mr. Ramoji Rao was in the controversial of Margadarsi chits.

I argued with Mr. Ranganna, I.B. officer, as ‘whatever Mr. Ramoji Rao, but my feeling was patriotic in bringing his disputes to the Govt. of India notice in 1992. I didn`t expect any personal want by doing so.” Is it not patriotic in a P.M.’s view? As per idealistic views of Indians, I request your good self to respond towards my patriotic feelings of 1992.

Because of Mr. Ramoji Rao’s harassment on us only, both of our parents detached from us and we have no friends and relatives. So utterly, we are taking shelter here and there and by standing on road, we are bringing this issue to your notice. This experience of standing on road by losing accommodation along with furniture and occupation i.e. life food profession is repeated to us about which I narrated to you in my previous letters.

In 1992, when I lodged complaint against Mr. Ramoji Rao’s activities, I have no proofs to show to the then P.M. of India Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao. But now, I have complete proofs as documentarily, evidensively i.e. witness people and incidentively to show you and to any body whoever concern to it.

There is no need to any body to harass me, organigingly and systematically like this except Mr. Ramoji Rao, who is capable to do so with this much of magnitude and he only is capable to plan and implement the assassinations of Ex. P.M.’s of India like Mr. Rajiv Gandhi in 1991.

By the way, I can say that Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao had done ‘some thing’ in case of Mr. Ramoji Rao. To verify this, you can compare the writings and activities of Mr. Ramoji Rao and his media before 1992 and after 1992.

With this background, I request your good self to look into the matter of Mr. Ramoji Rao and to protect us from his harassment. Please save our country. And please save us.

I, Dr. K.Anjeneyulu , E.N.T. Specialist, resident of Surya pet , Nalgonda (Dist.) bring the following to your kind notice with a request to make justice to my daughter and other sincere & worthy students like her.

My daughter Miss. Rama Devi had appeared Inter (Bi.P.C.) 2000 Exams & EAMCET -2000 (Medicine), she had taken coaching for EAMCET for one year at a Private tuition home at which she worked with 1000 teaching hours and practiced 8000 to 9000 Questions of Physics & Chemistry for several times and undergone No. of tests including with the practice of OMR(optical mark reader). In biological sciences I, myself had taught her. In home also without watching the T.V. even she done hard working and sincere industry. She is able to do any EAMCET paper such as previous or model papers wherever is published. I, my daughter and her Lecturer also had confidence on her seat secured rank.

She done well in EAMCET 2000 and after releasing the key she could count 163+ marks out of 200 with perfect memory. Her internal Exams record in the coaching home also supporting it. My elder daughter is doing her Chemical Engg. 3^rd year in S.V. Engineering College, Surya pet. With her little experience, she supported the Quality of coaching & Mode of internal tests.

As the back ground, Smt. Adi Lakshmi Physics Lecturer is my daughter coach. She had career record of Rank 126 in Engg. (Secured 48/50 in Physics) in EAMCET 99 along other 22 ranks on single hand and state 16th rank of Engg. In EAMCET 98, as one of faculty at Excel Jr. College, Guntur. She has experience on EAMCET ground & bagged good ranks as faculty & on single hand since 4 to 5 years.

Here the local colleges have revelry on her. Actually in June 98, Brilliant

Jr. College , Surya pet brought her from Guntur and announced that she has 13 years experience in ViKas & Excel Jr. College, Guntur for Rs. 1.10 lacks per Annam. But in the middle of year, the college management had bounced the salary and hence being non local approached the police station. In the view of cheating, the police dept. had helped her .So that she continued in service finally fetched the ranks.

That's why though the same college requested her to continue in the service for next year, she refused and started tuitions in home. Later Triveni Jr. College approached her on the year salary of Rs. 1.00 lack & accepted her condition to continue her tuitions. At the admissions time, these college people are doing such tricks & later they can't continue the faculty. For the sake of quality coaching in Physics, I got T.C. for my daughter in Sr. Inter (Jr. Inter she done at Hyd.), I brought her to Surya pet & put her in Triveni Jr. College. There I did not satisfied with time table hence I joined her in tuition.

The College Management preasureriged me to quit the EAMCET tuition for which I refused. In the middle of year, some controversy was happened in between the Lecturer and college, she left the service. As I heard the college had bounced Rs.32,000/- of salary. At the moment also, college had harassed my daughter to stop to go to tuition. During September 99, college had requested me to attempt betterment Exam for that also I did not obliged since my daughter got good marks in Jr. Inter itself and she was not willing full to spoil her concentration on EAMCET.

Later I came to know that the college had leaked the September 99 Jr.Inter public paper. Every year they get Jr. Inter public paper in September (supplementary) & Sr.Inter public paper in March. But due to local competition, they got Jr. Inter paper also in March 2000. I had the first hand information about it. They gave paper to students who are favorable to them.

This year they done dispute in EAMCET ranking also. In which my daughter had taken coaching had done 1000 hours industry (from Aug 2^nd 99 to May 2^nd 2000) with standard reference books (nearly 8000 to 9000 Questions) they practiced several times under the guidance of experienced Lecturer. She attempted EAMCET 2000 test satisfactorily & claiming 163+ marks after the release of key. But she bagged only 5403 Rank against our expectation of below 1500.

On the other hand, without single hour coaching, reference books & Model Exams (my daughter practiced 70 model Exams in her coaching home with OMR), the Triveni college students' bagged ranks of 7271 in medicine. Same case in Engineering also. The other students in private coaching home done well in EAMCET 2000, & claiming to fetch seat secured ranks after release of key with sincere effort of experienced coaching with standard reference books & tests. But there is 100% failure. No. student out of 5 got ranks. But in Triveni college without any working utterly, they bagged ranks. That to their students were not able to with stand with Nalanda coaching centre for short term as Nalanda offered free coaching for students who got more than 420 marks in Jr. Inter. Within 2 days most of Triveni students returned to home. That is their working capacity and I.Q. They were not able to work continuously for 8 hours per day during short term even, whereas my daughter had worked for 15 hours per day continuously for 300 days.

Here I`m sensing some dispute, In the college management, the main director Mr. k. Krishna Reddy is Non Medical Assistant in Leprosy ward (i.e., ward boy ) in Govt. Hospital, Surya pet. 5 to 6 years back they convicted in Mass coping & that year students batch lost their academic year. By investing money the college could escaped from that dispute. For this year public paper leak I can conform you about the crime.

Now in EAMCET 2000 I am sensing dispute. On the other hand I heard that the college people had fetched lacks of rupees from private loans in April 2000. Since long time Mr. Krishna Reddy was not attending the service as he arranged his dummy in Hospital. But from February he was attending his duty promptly. This also provokes my sensing of dispute.

With money they are killing the Quality & sincere working & worth. Being Parent is it my crime to effort for Quality sincere coaching for my daughter?

Sir, is it justice to nullify the sincere working, worth & talented people with money ?

My daughter got desperate with this background. Sir, I request your good self to enquire this issue and make justice to sincere working for the sake of work spirit.

We, Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, Lenin Babu currently residents of Srisailam brought the educational disputes of EAMCET, Inter mediate and we complained to you being C.M. of A.P. regarding the organized harassment on us as a result.

In this context, after 2 years 5 months, first time we received response letter from you through local police C.I. and we submitted our detailed complaint, statement with thanks to him as a reply to your correspondence. In this sequence, we brought our water and current problems, which we are experiencing bitterly to your kind notice on 28-02-2006. Surpringly, instead of solving the problems, with in this one and half month, those problems were increased into severe form. More over, there are threatens started such that the Devasthanam will go to cancel the room allotment. Problem of drinking water turns into severe. If we watch the water supply of others in this village, no water problem to all of the people. The O.H. Tanks of our surrounding cottages are over flowing every day. Even in our choultry, ground floor people could water their gardens with plenty. But we can’t wet our throats with water. We complained to E.O. in written but in vain. We met A.E., E.E. and complained but in vain. E.E. had warned the ground floor people who are contract labor as if they harass the first floor people with water problem, they may loss their contract jobs, but they didn’t drop back and more over they are using vulgar tongue along with the continuation of water non-allowance. How the E.O. and E.E. are not able to control a gardener, an attender and a security guard?

With this situation, there is similarity with the situation at Suryapet in 2001, when we lodged complaint on EAMCET and the following organized harassment context, as the S.P. of District, D.S.P. of the town, C.I. of Police, Local TDP Leaders, Congress leaders and particularly capable politician Mr. Meela Satya Narayana who was a king maker and able to make victory to a rebel M.L.A., and such leading personalities could not control a chicken shop owner i.e. my house owner who had a history or record of servant maid carrier in the same town in past.

No body can imagine or think that this much of harassment on them due to complaint on EAMCET afterall. Why and expecting what from us Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu had harassed us, he might know. Why and expecting what from us you are continuing that harassment, you should know.

Otherwise, by watching all of this, God must know that. But I have nothing as ‘Secret of Gandi fort’ to make you to know by harassing us and searching in us. I told you my self, to your good self on 21-03-2001, when I met you at your residence that I had complained against Mr. Ramoji Rao, Enadu regarding the assassination of Mr. Rajiv Gandhi to the then Prime Minister of India, Sri P.V. Narasimha Rao and you might think that it was my immaturity or hot blood or Patriotism, but since that my life had became miserable. At that time you told that you could give recommendation letter to Mr. Meela Satyanarayana, because you were in opposition, you could not do any thing else. I don’t know whether you remember it or not but I have no secrets that you have to know by harassing me.

Then why you are harassing us and what you expect from me – This is my straight question to you.

The episode of DVS Karna

Dhana Veera Sura Karna, Sri Krishna Pandaveeyam and Virata Parvam etc, Mr. NTR and other coup supporters like him had shown in their movies as Duryodhana criticized the birth of Vyasa Maharishi, Druthrashtra and PanduRaja, Vidura and Pandavas. Such that they had shown that Duryodhana as worst than he was in Maha Bharatham but the presentations of this character in those movies was as if he was more frank, great with self respect, good and had no emotions i.e. arishadwargas as jealousy, pride etc. A hero worship almost was built to Duryodhana and positive image to Dushta Chatushtyam i.e. Duryodhana, Dussasana, Karna and Sakuni. Another propaganda about Duryodhana was, about his temple at Kerala state. I don’t know where it was located actually. But the then propaganda was as if Duryodhana was more fair and frank enough, he was not a hypocrite like Dharma Raja. Dharma Raja and other pandavas were crucked, they were capable to pretend good and obedient by keeping their evil nature in hidden. To project such, so many Prakshipthams, scripts, dialogues the coup makers and their supporters created in cinemas, books etc media. I’ll try to give detail description regarding this coup.

In fact, the scriptwriter of the movie Dana Veera Sura Karna was Konda Veeti Venkata Kavi, a Sanskrit scholar. Mr. NTR had made him to accept the proposed of script writing, with good afford. Mr. Kondaveeti Venkata Kavi was a well-known atheist. When an atheist writes the script of an epic story, it is natural that such presentation of un accomplishment in the dialogues and in the script. Another thundering light was that Mr. Kondaveeti Venkata Kavi was ‘The then principal to Govt. Sanskrit Collage’. That was the level of coup on Hinduism. Can any atheist in Allah occupy any higher seat in any Islam related institute? Can any atheist in Jesus Christ occupy any higher seat in any Christian related institute? But it is easy by Government in case of Hindu related institutes.

Actually same strategy, the coup makers and their supporters followed in the case of Ramayanam also, by propagating Sri Rama, Lakshmana, Sita etc positive characters as hypocrites, exhibiting positive nature by hiding the evil nature and Raavana, Kumbhakarna, Surpanakha, Vaali etc negative characters as frank and fair enough to express their evil nature. By the way, strategically and successfully they succeeded in presenting the negative characters of the Indian epics are truthful, than the positive characters.

In fact, this is the crooked nature and Thamasa Budhi. In Moksha Sanyasa Yogam, 18-32 slokam in Bhagavad Geetha explains this to us in very clear manner.

With the reference cited above we Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi , Mr. Lenin B. Yadla private tuition lecturers bring the following to your kind notice with a request to make justice to us.

We lodged complaint about the disputes in IPE & EAMCET 2000 Exams on behalf of our student Rama Devi and her father Dr. K. Anjeneyulu as cited above. We can understand the Government policy and hence we are waiting for the justice with patience. We observed that September 2000 IPE papers we not leaked and we are thankful to your good self about it. But mean time we are facing harassment from local people who are supporting these disputes.

Here at Surya pet, the private & Govt. educational field is under the control of Govt. teachers union, Mr. T.L. Narasimha Rao and Kollu Madhusudana Rao who were retired Govt. teachers. The former is ``Best awarded Teacher of A.P. `` and the later is ``Best awarded Teacher in India ``. But along with Govt. Teachers Union, they are the God fathers of all disputes in educational field such as IPE & 10th Exam paper leaks, Mass Copying, Impersonations and scholarship goals. With their ``Ashirwadham``(blessings) only anybody or any educational institute can lead at Surya pet. We can give examples as Triveni Jr. college, Little flower school, J.R.R. Grammar school & Anjali school etc for your ready reference. Most of the children of Govt. teachers are gathered there only. In the management of almost of all schools, at least one member is a Govt. teacher.

With this back ground, they are harassing us financially and socially since we lodged complaint against their disputes by using their local pressures (either by force or fear) they are dropping our IIT basics and EAMCET students. Recently our spoken English students batch (around 15 students among them 10 belong to state Govt. Employees) had stopped to come to the classes at the end of the course (just 10 days before the farewell party for which they planned to celebrate ) and started bad propaganda on us. But we fulfilled our coaching so that they are able to speak in English with fluency within 3 months. Hence our 2nd batch was dropped utterly though two members have already joined in the course but not attending now. Such that, they are harassing us financially.

On the other hand our house owner Mr. Ratnam harassing us to vacate the house suddenly and in-facilitating us by removing fixations, water taps etc, though we are paying rent promptly as 2000/-Rs. towards rent per month and 100/-Rs. as water charges per month. Actually at the time of accommodation in the house we requested at least one year stay for which they accepted. But now, within 5 months, they are demanding us to vacate. But no house owner is willing full to give the house to us, and when one or two are ready to give but they are offering very high price such as 2600/-Rs. for single bedroom portion. Recently Mr. Chinta kuntla Narayana Reddy, working in Municipality had given such offer to us. We don`t know that much of rents here at Surya pet. 6 months back also such houses are at 1600/-Rs range. such that by using their local pressures, they are seizing our income and driving us to high expenditure with crucked plans.

On the other hand, regularly they are sending fake enquires to us and by knowing our motives, they are troubling us in all possible ways. Ex students of Brilliant Jr. college will come for enquiry but nobody will come to the classes as per their commitment to come.

Like this, we are affecting the undeclared social boycott. As per the spread in Town, unless we have the ``Ashirwadham``(blessings) from T.L.Narasimha Rao & Kollu Madhusudhana Rao , cannot lead life here. Their assets and income also supporting this talk. There is a rumor that Mr. Kollu Madhusudana Rao has a petrol bunk at Guntur District. Here also they have multi storey building and all.

Such that they are able to trouble the weak & non-local like us. In this juncture we are not able to understand whether we are living in Andhra Pradesh or Bihar. Sir, can`t we have right to live anywhere in Andhra Pradesh?

We can give one more example of their local grip on town, at surya pet. For more than one year SITY CABLE and IN CABLE had given cable service to public for Rs. 35/- per month due to their mutual competition. At the ending of 1999 both of them compromised and at a time they increased the cable charges from 35/-Rs to 90/-Rs. Then public refused to pay such high charge and formed cable consumers forum by local youth Dr. Sarat Kumar, others and claimed that the charge should not be more than 50/-Rs. By nullifying them and claiming that Doctor was living at Surya pet where as his Govt. service is at somewhere , in SITY CABLE local news (such that by showing his mistakes in his service, they black mailed him ) Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao as claimed that his forum is the original consumers forum and declared cable charges as 75/-Rs. per month. There is a talk, that the SITY CABLE owner Mr. Uppala Rajendra Prasad had given large amount of money to Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao for this favor.

That much is their grip on town. On the screen Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao & Kollu Madhusudhana Rao, have some misunderstandings. But behind the screen, they are syndicate. The same case with schools and colleges here.

Sir, with such local grip, the local schools, colleges and Govt. teachers syndicate under the leadership of Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao and Kollu Madhusudhana Rao harassing us and their courage is we can`t complaint on them since we have no proofs except the logical proof.

In this juncture, we request your good self to enquire the truth in this issue and save us from their harassment and make justice to us immediately.

Mixed Economy – Dream of Nehru

Another dream of Nehru was Mixed Economy. With such system, he imagined an equilibrium and competitive development of Government’s industries along with private industries. In fact, it was a capable and perfect concept. I explain it to you in detail. Take example of any product say some XYZ. When only the Govt. is manufacturing that product, it can’t meet the total demand in market. That to, if only Govt. is manufacturing the goods, then that won’t be mixed economy and that will be socialism like in USSR i.e. former to present Russia.

When only the private Companies are manufacturing the goods, they can create artificial deficiency, Monopoly, or exploitation in the market. That is, if only private Companies are manufacturing the goods, then that won’t be mixed economy and that will be capitalism like in America. After studying disadvantage of both the socialism and the capitalism, by taking the advantages of both and by considering the other features of ancient and modern times, Nehru wanted to implement mixed economy. Instead of monopoly of either Govt., manufacturing i.e. socialism or private manufacturing i.e. capitalism, if both are existing in the market and competiting with each other, then there would be the right development with all parameters.

When the Govt. manufactured goods are available cheep and best prices with good qualities people prefer to purchase them only. Unalternatively private manufacturers also should give their products with the competitive price and quality. By the way it can be controlled the drawing of unlimited profits of private Companies. By the way, people can enjoy quality goods with reliable rates. There won’t be any possibility of exploitation.

To implement this concept of economy, Allwyn Refrigerator manufacturing Company, HMT watches manufacturing Company etc were established with private and Govt. partnerships. Some industries were established only by Govt. as well private people established the same types of industries.

As per theory, they should get success and the mixed economy should get success. But in practical, it was failed. That was the result of spying work of coup makers i.e. Mr. Ramoji Rao [or other Sr. media men], CIA and ISI and their supporters like Corporate Companies and so-called famed intellectuals, columnist, journalists etc. In fact, the coup makers only made these intellectuals, columnist and journalists to fame. I’ll explain it in detail. First, I project the analysis presented by them to convince the world as the failure of mixed economy was natural. To do this convinces, they argued, “Mixed economy is a dream. It is not practical. It is not suitable for these days. Because the time is changed from ancient, so that attitude of public also changed. No such idealistic views in the public and so on … నల్లమేక - నలుగురు దొంగలు i.e. BLACK GOAT AND FOUR THIEVES.”

This was the theoretical answer to the theory of mixed economy. In practical, the coup makers and their supporters had made it to fail by influencing the employees in Govt. manufacturing Companies with redtapisam and corruption. With such strategy, they reduced the production in Govt. manufacturing Companies. Always there were disputes among the management staff regarding promotions and commissions. Always there were disputes among the labor working staff and Employees Unions including the labor union leaders. Some of the labor union leaders became political leaders in due course of time. Always there were quarrels among the management and labor unions. Always there were strikes, lockouts and court cases. The courts also worked to increase the density of these disputes at their level best, with their long delay in delivering justice and with their own legal redtapistic ways.

You can recall the memory of Singareni calories, IDPL, RTC etc strikes of those days. If a bucket had number of holes, nobody can fill it with water. There was same case happened to the Govt. manufacturing Companies. As a result, some of Govt. Companies like ALLWYN etc had closed down. Like that, the strategy of coup makers and their supporters got success.

Up to the last decade of previous century, there were terrible strikes in Singareni calories. What happened we don’t know but now it is getting profits. This is a thing of happiness. Regarding RTC, the employees of RTC like drivers and conductors used to not give proper service to people up to 1992. There were so many jokes and cartoons published regarding the stopping of RTC bus in the prescribed bus stops and regarding the change giving by the conductor to the passengers.

But now after introducing 7-seated autos, taxicabs as alternative on the roads, after threatening of privatize of RTC, and after introducing the private tour operators in the market, now we are experiencing the decent service from RTC. Is it not true? How these disciplines come in the employees of RTC to save their organization? Once upon a time, the drivers and conductors didn’t concern about the passengers, about the profit and business of RTC. Now they are shouting like private employees to attract passengers to increase the occupancy ratio in the RTC buses. How this change got into them? is it not the result of mixed economy as the entry of competitive travelling modes in private sector?

In such case how to understand the failure of mixed economy in India in previous time i.e. in between 1960 to 1992?

One more example I give you. It is regarding telephone service in India. Before the entry of private phone & cell Companies, the entire market was ruled only by BSNL. In those days, the telephone service was worst in India. These were so many jokes and cartoons on the telephones. We had to wait to get telephone connection for years in the waiting list. That to no quality service. We used to hear that the other country people were making jokes and critics on the waiting time in India to have a telephone connection. We used to get humiliation when we heard such critics of other countries regarding the roads and other infrastructure in India. Miraculary, after the entry of private phone Companies in India, BSNL became more competitive and so that private phone Companies are giving phone connections including cell, land and internet with jet speed and by boat rate i.e. cheap charges. It is our practical experience to enjoy the phone service. Now a shepherd man also is enjoying the service of all phones.

With this background, imagine why the mixed economy had felled in between 1960 to 1992 and how the mixed economy is giving successful fruits now.

So that we can understand that the failure is not in the concept of mixed economy and that the failure is only in implementation. I read that this is the result of liberalization in Economic field. Because I don’t know about economics as it is not my subject, I know this much only. But what I projected to you is the truth and I hope you to justify it.

Another dream of Jawaharlal Nehru was regarding the co-operative organizations. He dreamed to develop the villages in India with the co-operative societies. People should become members in these societies. By saving little amounts from their side and by getting reliable amounts of loans from Banks, the villagers should get investments to lead their activities. Co-operative Banks should give co-operation to these ventures. Such that people get development by depending upon themselves only.

This is the theoretical concept of co-operative system. But failed in practical in between 1960 to 1992. But now the same concept on the name of Dwakra got successes and we are enjoying the Dwakra products such as pickles, praims and red chilly powders etc. Happily, we are enjoying the eatables from Dwakra units without the fear of Corporate pollutions and chemical pollutions. How it happened I don’t know, but it is true that the co-operative system is not worthless. The failure is not in its theoretical concept, but it was made to fail in practical i.e. in implementation. That was the strategy, coup played by coup makers i.e. Ramoji Rao, CIA and ISI, and the coup supporters like Corporate Companies.

Annamayya’s heirs Vs Nizam’s heirs

To identify the coup on India as demolishing the Hindu Culture and raising support to Muslims by coup makers i.e. CIA, ISI and particularly by Mr. Ramoji Rao, you can consider the following facts and his Enadu coverage on those facts.

In past i.e. in between 1975 to 85, Mr. Ramoji Rao had raised a fight or movement against ‘Mirasidars’ in TTD i.e. Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam with first head line in main page of Enadu in bold letters. We don’t know those Mirasidar are heirs of Acharya Annamayya or not. Mr. Ramoji Rao, in his Enadu never gives such clarification throughout his narration regarding Mirasidars. After some days, naturally the case and news were faded out. In the due course of time, the heirs of Annamayya were doing struggle to protect their inheritance assets in courts. Recently few months back, as I remember, in the ending of 2007 or in the beginning of 2008, the case had received final justice in Supreme Court. According to that justice, the heirs of Annamayya lost the case and lost their ancestral properties. The assets were declared by court to belong to TTD. The retired IAS, I forgotten his name, who done as Executive Officer of TTD had given a statement in media, in Enadu as “By winning this case, I feel as my life get fruitfulness. I had mobilized the case like anything to get such justice.”

Nobody knows that how much illegal income that IAS Officer, being EO of TTD had earned and how much he transported to the concern Endowment higher Officials, the then Ministers and Chief Ministers.

On the other hand – the Nizam Navab’s inherited wealth issue is here. On 14-05-08, as per Enadu coverage, under the caption “వారసులొచ్చారు” which means ‘Heirs came’ on 11th page bottom news, the following is the matter.

To the 7th Navob of Hyderabad Nizam, Meer Usman Alikhan, there were 18 daughters and 16 sons. Out of them, one son and nine daughters had no children. To the remaining 24 children had 96 heirs. Out of them 85 grandchildren of Navab Meer Usman Ali Khan are the members in the welfare society Nizam family. Mr.Navab [?] Nazaf Ali khan is the president to this welfare society. Under his leadership, 18 members team had met PM of India Mr. Manmohan Singh, Mr. Pranab Mukharjee, the External Affairs Minister, and Mr. Siva Shankar Meenan, secretary, External affairs, and Pakistan high commissioner to explain their heir eligibility and to request to consider them as heirs of 7th Navab. The background of this meeting and appointments with PM of India and other high authorities is: - The 7th Navab had transferred million i.e. 10 lacks of pounds of money through the then Pakistan high commissioner to deposit it in the then National West Minister Bank. He deposited the money on Sep 18, 1948. On Sep 13, 1948, the Union India Govt. had taken police action on Hyderabad Nizam. The Navab transported the money just before that. Now with interest, that money became as 30 million Pounds i.e. 246 crores of Rs. That money was deposited in the London Bank i.e. National West Minister Bank on the name of Pakistan High Commissioner. National West Minister Bank is now called as Royal Bank of Scotland. It had blocked the account, due to the dispute of heritage in the ‘House of Lords’ since 1956. Now Union India Govt. had decided to settle the dispute with Pakistan out of court limits.

The Navab Mr. Nazaf Ali Khan, the president of welfare society of Nizam family, conducted a press meet and said, “Our names are in the will written by the 7th Navab in 1961. Many of Navab grandchildren are in horrible situations in terms of money. To help them only, this welfare society was formed.”

Their ultimate demand is to grant that 246 crores of Rs, [in other newspaper it is referred as around 300 crores of Rs] to them as heirs of 7th Navab who deposited that money in London Bank through the then Pakistan High Commissioner.

As per another newspaper, Sakhi’s coverage, when some journalists questioned as “Did not the money belong to Telangana people?”, he kept calm.

That’s all the News.

In this context, Ramoji Rao never raises a movement or never fight for the sake of public against Nizam Navab’s heirs like he fought against Annamayya’s heirs for the sake of public.

That to, Nizam’s money i.e. 246 crores of Rs deposited in London Bank is public money. Though the heirs of Navab are in horrible situation, in terms of money, then what about the horrible situations, in all terms, of people who were victims in the hands of Nizam Navab, and his Rajakars before independence to India?

In case of Annamayya’s heirs – Their assets were not of public money. Those were gifts from Vijaya Nagar Raja’s such as Achyutha Deva Rayalu and others to Annamayya. Annamayya was not a monk i.e. Sanyasi. He didn’t sacrified his family. He practiced Buddi Yogam.

By making troubles to his heirs what is the meaning to praise him and to take up Annamayya songs projects by TTD? What is the sincerity in those efforts, unless to make money by selling the cassettes, CD and Books, unless to earn money as illegal income by the name of projects? Annamayya didn’t hurt either Muslims or Hindus, like 7th Nizam Navab. Or Vijaya Nagara Rajas also didn’t hurt either Muslims or Hindus like 7th Nizam Navab.

Then why Mr. Ramoji Rao is keeping silence on the issue of heirs of Nizam Navab? On the other hand, why the Central Govt. with Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Manmohan Singh as PM of India decided to settle the matter out of court? How the welfare society of Nizam family i.e. Nizam heir’s team able to seek the appointment of PM, External Affairs Minister, Secretary of the same portfolio and Pakistan High Commissioner without any delay i.e. on as urgency as war need?

I am not asking the legality of survey of Media. I am asking about the ethical responsibility of Media? By creating such attitudes in public, can’t people think that which manner we become famous doesn’t matter, becoming fame in important. Here Enadu the Telugu Daily Newspaper printed this, as it was the survey of Daily Telegraph of Briton. May be that Daily Telegraph will print another type of survey as it was done by Enadu or some ‘X’ paper of some ‘x’ country.

The Episode of YS Raja Sekhara Reddy

I decided to bring my complaint on Mr. Ramoji Rao’s coup activities including Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination and communal rivals provocation onto the desk of Mr. PV Narasimha Rao, the then PM of India. To approach him I started to search ways to secure his appointment.

In the part of my searching, one day I visited Mr. Rayapati Samba Siva Rao, an MP of Guntur district. I was familiar with him in the context of my factory inauguration, in 1989 by Smt. Kumud Ben Joshi, the then Governor of AP. By that time I had good terms with his younger brother Mr. Rayapati Srinivas Rao, the then ZPP Chairman. With this introduction, I had met him at his residence, Hyderabad. I told him about the then CM Mr. N. Janardhana Reddy’s immorality and my complaint to CM about RTC, as a testing. I didn’t reveal about Mr. Ramoji Rao and his activities.

I wanted to reveal about Mr. Ramoji Rao after knowing his motives about Mr. N. Janardhana Reddy, the then CM of AP. I raised the topic of CM’s immorality and asked Mr. Rayapati Samba Siva Rao why he didn’t bring it to the notice of PM of India. He said as, “They can corrupt even God.”

I thought that Mr. Rayapati Samba Siva Rao was not right choice to reveal.

Next I tried to approach Mr. YS Raja Sekhara Reddy, the then MP of Cuddaph and the present CM of AP, at his residence, at Banjara hills, Hyderabad. I paid 2 to 3 visits to him. First time when I met him in his office room, he was making a phone call to request Home dept. secretary to transfer a police Sub Inspector from pulivendula or Cuddaph, who was troubling him and his fellow men. I understood that he was struggling in Mr. N. Janardhana Reddy’s ruling time. I explained him about my complaint on APS RTC dispute to the CM, Mr. N. Janardhana Reddy and requested him to help me. He said that he would try to do so. I felt satisfaction as he didn’t say like Mr. Rayapati Samba Rao. I decided to meet him again because he didn’t say negative dialogue or support to corruption.

Next time I met him at his residence, Hyderabad. That day, an old poor woman met him to thank him as he helped her to get operation and free and good treatment in Govt. hospital. I felt confident and I reminded him my request. This time I told him that I was staying with my friend who was working as sub editor in Enadu. I observed that his face expression was something strange when I said about Enadu. Then he paid much interest to my request, and tried over phone to contact secretariat to enquire about my complaint on APS RTC to CM. He said that he could follow up it.

Third time I met him at Cuddaph. When I reached his residence at Cuddaph, along with my younger brother, the father of Mr. YS Raja Sekhara Reddy, Mr. Raja Reddy received me. I clearly remember that, on that day the elections for co-operative societies were going on. Mr. YS Raja sekhara Reddy was busy in those elections. But Mr. Raja Reddy informed his son over card less phone in front of me and said, “That girl of Guntur batteries unit came to see you. Come.”

Immediately, within 15 minutes, I heard that Mr. YS Raja Sekhara Reddy reached home by leaving lunch outside in the part of election program. Within these 15 minutes, Mr. Raja Reddy offered me lunch. But I refused it with courtesy. They sent coffee to me. I felt satisfaction because they remembered my reference and me.

Mr. YS Raja Sekhara Reddy received me in his office room, by taking care as if to receive a secret from me. Within 10 minutes, I explained what I know about Mr. Ramoji Rao, what I was suspecting him and requested Mr. YSR to bring this issue to PM of India. He said as “Do you have any proof with you?” I said, “Nothing”. Clearly, I observed some disappointment with him. He insisted me to bring proof to my claim. He said, “Without proof we can’t do anything. Nobody will believe us. If we have any proof, then we can proceed.” I observed little bit of hope and desire for proofs in his eyes. I expressed my helplessness to bring proofs. He expressed his helplessness. I took leave from him and left that place. Before leaving, again he advised me to fetch proof about Mr. Ramoji Rao’s activities.

With all these, I felt satisfaction that I can bring the issue to the notice of PM of India. I thought that nobody would watch me as a mad girl. The issue what I’m saying was believable.

Hence, I left for New Delhi in the last week of May 1992. By that time, I didn’t know what Mr. YSR would do if I give any proof to him. But now, i.e. after 16 years, I suspect him that he might try to use such proofs if any that I could produce, for the sake of his own career. I can say this because Mr. YSR is playing a strange role, which I’m not able to understand in my case i.e. regarding organized harassment on us by Mr. Ramoji Rao. The Episode of Boffors in the Coup

In 1985, elections, Congress party achieved an extreme majority as 500+ seats. What I remember was 502 or 504 seats in the parliament in which the total seats were 532. Like that, the sympathy on the murder of Smt. Indira Gandhi had swept out all other political parties as per the comment of the then media. But the truth is – It was not only the sympathy on her killing, it was the respect, affections, love and affection on her from Indians. Such emotions, love and effections were expressed on Rajiv Gandhi. He could motivate the public with his freedom run, etc programs, dreaming about advanced India in technical field etc speeches. He had taken step to talk with Punjab terrorists and their leaders like Longowala, immediately he occupied PMO at South Block. He visited Punjab in bulletproof car to mobilize it. Finally, he succeeded to make a compromising package with Longowala. But with in 2 or 3 months of this peace treaty Mr. Longowala was killed by his fellow terrorists who opposed to continue in India as Punjab state and who wanted to form Khalistan. Utterly the coup makers i.e. CIA, ISI, Ramoji Rao and their supporters like media were behind this. On the other hand, the media had put a name to Rajiv as Mr. Clean, as in the part of their coup strategy. When the Boffers dispute was exposed out, the same media roared on it. As a base to these critics, they popularized the surname as Mr. Clean.

In fact, behind the Boffers story, about which Mr. NTR and Enadu used to criticize as rusted guns, is utter coup.

In this coup, total role or main role was of Sonia Gandhi the transplanted spy i.e. agent of coup makers in India.

Naturally, any husband will trust his wife. Unless he trusts her, he won’t live with his wife. Naturally, any husband will consult his wife to get moral support in his crises, in his troubles and in his problems. Naturally, any husband will share his feelings, experiences, motives and needs with his wife, as she is his life partner.

Here this Videsi wife i.e. Italian woman Sonia influenced her husband as “To lead the party, to take donations from Corporate Companies is not wrong. In western countries, all the political parties and politicians used to do so”. In fact, this western philosophy is a positive caption to corruption. To lead the party, the party will accept donations from public including businessmen and companies. But in exchange offer, the party Govt. won’t give any business or contracts to the companies who had given donations to the party or party leaders.

There was news on media as Mr. Rajiv Gandhi had accepted the Boffer’s issue by saying that “To lead the party, people and companies used to give donations and party used to accept such donations. Like that only we also accepted donations from Hinduja etc”. While compare with the experience of the coup makers i.e. CIA, ISI, Ramoji Rao and their agents like media people and Sonia Gandhi, the experience of Rajiv Gandhi was very less. When compare with them, Rajiv Gandhi was like a kid. With his in-experience, innocence about traps and coups, Rajiv Gandhi had fallen in Boffers dig and as per the media especially for Enadu; he turned from Mr. Clean position to Mr. Cheat.

But with this experience, he became alert and awaritive about coups. He might think that his wife’s advice was due to her Western attitude. He didn’t suspect her as an agent of CIA. Like that, he was lucky enough as death is better than to know the own wife herself had played coups on himself. Like that, he was lucky enough to receive death rather to know about the cheat of loving wife in life.

Any way, with the experience of Boffers dispute, Mr. Rajiv Gandhi might prevent to discuss the issues and consult with her. He gradually learnt how to tackle the issues being politician. For such, he gradually depended up on the old, experienced and elder politicians, i.e. the colleagues and ex colleagues of his mother Smt. Indira Gandhi. Gradually he was following the guidance of such experienced elders. That’s why only in 1989, when Congress lost majority, he decided to sit in opposition place in parliament. Actually, no other party gained the full and sufficient majority to form Govt. on its own. That to Congress turned as the biggest party in the house of Lok Sabha. In spite of this, he decided to sit in opposition. Like that, he followed the experienced elders’ guidance. If he consults his wife, Sonia being Western personality or being transplanted agent she could advice him as “To continue the career in politics, to take support from other parties is not wrong. In western countries, all the political parties and politicians used to do so.”

This I can say as she done the same after 2004 election, to form UPA Govt. at New Delhi.
